I wouldn’t take anyone involved with the Brony analyst community at their word. It’s no secret that it’s just a bunch of people weening on each other for their own personal gain. If something comes out of their mouth, it’s probably for some Gane of Thrones type of manipulation. If you take any of them, even the “cool ones,” at face value, you’re an idiot. The ones that ended up leaving because they realized that’s MLP wasn’t sustainable or worth their time, on the other hand, probably have words that will carry more weight.

FNGR says that KP's views are in fast decline. Now I don't even watch KP myself but if she is or was a brony review person, its possible people are just losing interest in her content as the wind is steadily going out of FiM's sails. I notice that really, in the long run, people don't give a crap about behind the curtain drama as long as you continue to produce content that people want to see. If ponies is winding down and getting less and less popular, people will not care as much and unsub. Other that that, people who dislike KP would have to keep up a campaign against her to keep the masses informed of whatever horrible thing she did.
In Vida's case. I'm really not comfortable with the idea that just because Peet was proactive that one time against a pedophile automatically absolves them of how crappy a person and pedo they are.

There is a kid who's been talked about here who I'm real good friends with. Mint Heart. She's 16 and lives in a REALLY shitty home situation. Just recently, she came forth and claimed that her mother's ex-boyfriend (who still lives with them) was touching her while she sleeps. Mint, to the best of my knowledge, has never lied to me in the several years I've known her. And given I've been in call with her before and know how her situation is, I'm more than willing to believe her. She decided to seek emancipation. One of her friends decided to convince her to set up a GoFundMe to help with initial bills (she already has a job and is trying to get more hours).
Me and a few others started chatting with each other and trying to figure out how to help her out. To maximize chances of this working out, we told her to talk to her school counselor about what the ex-boyfriend has been doing. What none of us realized (and it was obvious in hindsight, honestly) is that he was then obligated to file a report. DHS called her mom to let her know about what was coming. Her mom was not happy. Wanting to get some kind of concrete evidence, I got her to record a conversation with her mom to show in case anyone questioned this (and to show to police in case of involvement). The mom tries desperately to talk her out of pressing charges.
It was about this time that one of the guys yanked Anthony in to help spread the word of the GoFundMe. He's a sperg, yes, but like with the Toon situation and Peet, I was more than happy to use their help to spread the word. And to his credit, he helped. He spread the word to new people and we got more money coming in. However, apparently something called a "Mandatory Reporter" on GoFundMe informed the cops about the situation. They showed up. We get another call going and start talking about the situation as I stayed in touch with Mint, so we could keep trying to figure out a plan as shit changed. Turns out they can't take her from the home, so she has to continue to stay with her mom. We're all panicking, because we're worried about losing contact with her. And then, out of fucking nowhere, Anthony said he found a post on Kiwifarms and said "I suddenly don't care about this whole situation."
And then he kicked me out of the room and begin telling people he was going to see to it that nobody ever trusts my word.
He literally put his hurt ego over the fact that a child is being molested.
If you think my actions are exceptional, more power to you. But he was about to put an "op" of sorts to get a child out of a fucked up home in serious danger because he's a pissy little manbaby. THIS was the post that set him off, too. Seeing someone put a child in danger because of their own hurt feelings would piss anyone off. But imagine for a moment that it's a child you know. At bare minimum, I stand by the fact that my reaction to this situation is not unreasonable.
tl;dr anthony is putting a child in danger because he has hurt feelings and that pisses me off
P.S. In regards to talking to bosses/employers about internet trolling, I'm looking to get into police work. I'm not actually in it yet. Actually working to get a Criminal Justice degree before I go into that shit. Given the nature of police work and how cops have gotten fired before on social media for things they've done or said, I wanted to ensure that what I was doing wouldn't be an obstacle down the line. So I don't think asking ahead of time is exceptional.
