Michael aquino is a very spiritual person i'd say hes at the very top of the world. He is anti materialism unlike anton lavey. I am also spiritual and anti materialism so this being one reason i can relate a lot and have a connection to him and can understand where he is coming from. Michael aquino left the church of satan in 1975 because he did not like the corruption that was going on in the church and did not like the bad direction lavey was taking the church. Aquino disagreed philosophically with the church and lavey on many things one of these being the church was atheistic and not theistic another is the church and lavey placing materialism above spiritualism and placing them inside the box then closing the box and locking the box away. After leaving the church aquino began developing himself spiritually to the highest level and with all his energy and then went on and created the temple of set for the sole purpose of helping a few select number of individuals develop themselves spiritually and help overcome materialism and operating on a very low level of consciousness
