Nick Rekieta is doing another DSP stream on Monday at 11 PM CST, which is just before the Minecraft stream ends. He has reached out to @Proper Pangolin and myself to appear on stream with him to help with the DSP lore. Nick's community manager @KEK7go will be there, too.

There's been some new documents since the Null stream, some new developments, and probably lots of questions. Some new revelations probably change how things were viewed back in February and since his smaller update segments in his streams.

I wanted to reach out and try to help compile a list of questions that we would want to ask for Nick's expert opinion on.

I will do my best to try to stay on point with the lore.

(added by actually on Apr 28, 2020)

For those looking for the stream.

I'm mostly curious about how the liquidation process would go.

Is he is only covered up to the exemptions he claimed? Nick pointed it out in the first stream, he only claimed like $300 of clothes and no household goods. He doesn't own a washing machine? The vest alone is worth that but maybe that's OK because it was worthless when he filed.

In other words if he claims to have $0 in household goods and electronics and thus has claimed $0 under the appropriate exemption will the trustee be free to liquidate any house-hold goods she finds with a non-zero value? Or does the statutory limit still apply even though they didn't explicitly claim it? How badly will his underestimating of his assets actually bite him?

How much discretion is there in what get taken? Is it up to the trustee to decide if something that isn't exempt but has little value actually gets sold or do they follow strict rules? How do they determine which specific items he owns are exempt and what does the process look like for determining the value of his assets? He claimed $1500 business assets under the wild card exemption. If they find he has $2000 worth how is it decided which items totaling up to $1500 he gets to keep?

ETA: also from a lore can we get Nick's opinion on the Phil rants about how tips aren't donations. I'm curious to see what Nick thinks the actual reason behind him feeling the need to be specific about that.

Ask him what's the worst consequences for the pig lying under oath regarding his asset (like the Nintendo switch)

As well as what happens if Nancy finds out about his Gatcha game whaling

As well as what the court would ask him to do if he is to liquidate his asset including his action figures and his WaKahndo, like how much time do they give him to find a new place to live

Thank you sir

I think to explain the lore, you should go through the old stuff a bit in faster mode and take Agent Proper's own video "The Top 10 Worst Moment of DSP Gaming" as a blueprint for the latest lore.

My question is: If Nancy finds evidence for Phil whaling on WWE Champions insted of paying his bills / debt, what are the consequences for Phil?

EDIT: and show him PigPigGo

@LyteSydeByll I think it would be interesting to show some videos of him actually mentioning using funds/credit cards for big expenses (e.g. the move to Washington, furniture etc.) and him talking about his streaming activities not being a business. I think Nick will laugh his ass off.

Could you also ask to what degree his wife playing PS4/Switch games he bought "solely for business purposes" (again, his own words, under oath) will have consequences to the bankruptcy filing?

I will be heading back in time to find some early gold dust.

I will be digging into a lot of his old videos for lore when I get home after work and I need to get those clips for my next primer video. I am sure he has old videos of his street fighter tournament days when he took out business loans to pay for those trips with Rambo.

I was also going to ask Nick his opinion on when Phil became insolvent, I view it as mid 2019 after he stopped paying for the CT Condo and he realized that it didn't help him make ends meet while he was playing WWE Champions. I am also working on hunting down any evidence of this 3rd PayPal account.

I'll probably be dropping lore and stuff in the coming days. More recently however I would like him to address when Phil said he "misspoke about his Switch" such as allowing him to let his wife play his Switch despite being "a business expense and still owning it."
Related to this it should be stressed to Nick that Phil's "business assets" are not property of a business. They're property of Phil and used for business purposes which gets him a write off on his taxes. Everything should be fair game under this personal bankruptcy but I'm curious about how successful Nick thinks the "business related" description will be in protecting anything.

I'm not the biggest lore hound into DSP (Mostly have seen Mighty D and Secret Life) but I'd say the trip he took to the hotel in Seattle (With Leanna) was some pretty good stuff to look at.

Congrats @LyteSydeByll I remember you mentioning on stream a while back that you'd love to go on one of Nick's streams. I guess my question is basically what @Joshuan Moon asked with regards to how the liquidation process will work if it gets there... how they determine which assets of his can be sold off, how will they get sold, and if there will be a way if some DSP fan would like to own a piece of DSP's life that they can easily buy something belonging to him. Also speaking of that, because you could I guess argue that DSP is a notable figure, does asset liquidation work different since there's outside interest in the case and some of Phil's exceptional fans and detractors might get into a bidding war over some of Phil's stuff... could we see some weird DSP memorabilia auction?

And a second question, can Nancy ask for more financial info from Phil, I know she asked for the 6 months of Paypal.. can she ask for more? Also how much of these records and financial statements will be made public for us to go through?

In addition, LSB, you HAVE to catch Nick up on the Leanna Hospital situation. You could watch the animated abridged version or tell him the gist of it and start here because this is where Phil's narcissism, ignorance and arrogance truly shines. This is when he said "give her a pill" and all he cared about was the "giant bill in the mail." Years later during the debunk stream he contradicted himself by doing the mock voice and saying almost verbatim what he said two years prior

The 2016 Stayacation? I could take some dramamine and watch him sway around the zoo.
Yeah that's the one. I remember watching it and seeing people just discuss how stupid the whole thing was. Between the dumbass instagram "vacation" posts, watching dragonball and wrasslin in a hotel room, calling it a much needed vacation. I'm sure that over that whole thing some money (through a credit card or loan) was probably used to cover part of it.

Fucking Nick, always putting good streams up on nights I can stay up to watch. Cant he do a stream Friday or Saturday instead? Guess I'll just have to watch it tuesday at work.

On topic; think you could get Nick to provide some insight into whether Nancy could be getting the A-log emails and treating them seriously as tips? Like, would she mention anywhere that a tip came in saying X and so she wants to investigate X those if the tip is true, or is it more likely that shes completely ignoring all of it because A-logs will be A-logs? Also, if he does get converted the ch13, can we see court docs on how much hes being asked to pay and how well hes paying it?

Can you please ask about how 'white lies' on his documents affect the proceedings?

Does it matter at all that Phil listed a condo as a house and things of that nature? I know it was never mentioned to Rekieta that Phil lives in a condo and not a house and it probably doesnt matter on its own, but theres a bunch of these weird ass lies/omissions on the forms.
