Since it appears they automated the reporting process with prepared in advance complaints that contain every single uploaded file by filename, the chance is pretty much 100% that the same person is doing this to every single possible site they can harass into being shut down.

I am almost certain this is a CSAM case:

1. The supervisory special agent, SA Marisa Kim Cowdry, seems to only work on CSAM cases. She worked at NCMEC back in 2015, she wrote search warrants related to CSAM, and she even went as far as posing as a parent selling a fictional 11-year-old to nab a pedophile.
2. The case number is 305A-HQ-1497320-I045_PG; FBI case numbers consist classification numbers, then the name of the field office, then a number unique to the field office. The classification code "305A" was notably used for Operation Torpedo, which targeted CSAM websites on the dark net. It was also in the case number against a Nebraska man who was convicted of CSAM offences.

Pretty sure that Ghostarchive is down too, don't know about other archival platforms.

Megalodon.jp, archives audio, gets past Kiwiflare at the moment, archives video, archives in 3K resolution for some reason, only problem is no Tor support, TikTok archiving doesn't work, Cloudflare captcha, limited amounts, can't get past pop-ups, and can't get past DDOS protection thins (POW and that sorta stuff)

Tucows is used by https://njal.la, which is the main service used by pirate sites like https://1337x.to and https://annas-archive.org. They act as a proxy between registrars (i.e. Tucows) and registrants (i.e. you/archive.is' owner), adding a degree of privacy and anonymity since domain registrations normally require you to dox yourself to your registrar. However, there are some problems with njalla, as detailed in Josh's tier list.

I mention this because I really wonder if the glowies are going to start going after piracy sites in a similar fashion. You can even see 1337x link to njalla to promote them:

When I saw the feature, I was panicking a lot. I fucking hate when glowies/net-terrorists set digital libraries ablaze for retarded shit.

I hate when hundreds of media and information gets burned forever because a single copyright violation or whatever. You can never get those things back, there are probably only one copy of those things in existence.

Apparently, its because some crook seriously tried to archive CSAM on Archive.is and has been spotted doing it. It most likely the maintainers got a subpoena to work or be questioned by law enforcement. Not anything to do with copyright, wrongthink or anything else I can think of.

So, pretty sure no seizure is going to happen, just that the site is being monitored by the feds. But, who knows whats going to happen.

archive.today blocks VPNs and does send your IP when archiving, very likely there could be some honeypot element to it, but if it was the glowies wouldn't be trying to take it down
