Metal Gear Solid... 2?
NiGHTS into Dreams
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Then Jivin shows up and it sounds like an Snes RPG.
The fight at the end I'm not sure but I'm guessing a PSone or Saturn game. Then it turns into Final Fantasy 3/6 before the Mario 3 boss or boom boom theme kicks in.
