You'll hear this occasionally from either e-celebs or #grindset idiots. The issue here is that they're confusing working, which is a focused task, to work-related stuff that is more idle.
If I'm considering how to structure something while at the shops, or if I'm reading up on something related to my industry, that's not work. Everyone who works a somewhat intensive job beyond minimum wage will do just that.

It's insane to me that he even mentions the idea of launching an independent Patreon for a podcast that takes zero effort and that's still on episode #1. He may present it like he never actually considered monetizing it using methods separate from YouTube ad revenue/sponsors, but the seed has now been planted. Throwing the idea out there like that really speaks to his delusional level of entitlement.
He also caught my attention when he said this podcast has been months in the works, like it requires the kind of planning and scheduling you'd expect from the Joe Rogan Experience. I don't believe that for a second. It will never not be funny hearing him pretend to be hyped about it receiving 15k views. Like that's a massive accomplishment he takes an immense amount of pride in. Every time he goes on these self-congratulatory rants where he's patting himself on the back and faking appreciation, the number of views he pretends to be excited about only gets lower & lower.

I agree on everything you've pointed out BUT I think what he messed up are just parts of the vids that are his own to work on. We don't have the original unedited recording of the podcast so we don't know how much of it was cut out because o one off them misspeaking or Boogie's drugged up brain getting in the way. And if they were sticking to a pre-prepared QnA script, that wouldn't have been prepared by Boogie since he can't type or spell.
The connection with Dave Danna is probably artificial. I don't see Boogie following, commenting on or encouraging another fat man for any reason other than personal gain. For a planet in self denial; seeing Danna probably hurts him down to his cholestrol-clogged heart because he's seeing someone do something he could have done but failed to do. Just like how thots can't stand other thots, I expect Boogie to not be able to stand (in general but also) other fatties and especially those who have improved themselves.
I don't follow his twitter but how far back did he start mentioning him? He's a guy who went viral so I see no reason why Klum wouldn't have asked Boogie to start asspatting him for promotional purposes.

I don't think KidBehindtheCamera will work with him. Boogie's brand is toxic and almost everybody associates him with failure and decline. Basically the only "influencer" that will work with him is someone with less clout (Carbetbagger) or someone looking to use him for their own amusement and financial gain like Keem.
As for his first guest, the fat fuck Danna or whatever, Boogie started jumping on that bandwagon as soon as Danna went viral a bit on Twitter when Arnold (yea that Arnold) retweeted some shit about Danna having good form on his lifts. Danna is still a very minor influencer at best, despite obviously being fame hungry himself and trying to monetize being a super morbidly obese fat fuck, so makes sense for him to try and use Boogie for clout himself.

30 associates for "1000s of clients" is hilariously low. That means you'd have 300 accounts per associate, and much much more per actual account director.
These kind of broad church agencies tend to not be very good at doing anything that isn't super generic. They're great for large straightforward work but they're not particularly agile. With the sheer amount of shit they're claiming to do, they're either rent seekers that take a cut for outsourcing everything, or they've got a truly massive apparatus behind them. Either isn't great if you're looking for something bespoke.

I'm just of the opinion that boogie paying someone to help him with his content would actually be a smart move, but this is a man who cheaps out on basically every aspect of his career. there is not a single commercial thing about his brand or his business that you often see with other content creators who call this their career. everything is lazily half-assed. while we do occasionally see outliers, like the higher production value of the where's my mountain dew written by AI video, they're usually one off instances that don't represent his overall content quality because it's never consistent and quite rare to see. I will say it's not entirely off the table that someone else is pulling the strings, or at the very least advising him in some manner, neither of which is doing a great job because his content is still the same trash he's been shitting out for years.
I've had my fair share of autistic rants regarding his blatant abuse of subscription services and it's not at all surprising to hear that he is already beginning to rationalize the potential of launching another patreon page for his "podcast." let's recap his existing subscription services:
he hasn't even logged into his onlyfans in over a month.
his last post on his current patreon was 3 1/2 years ago.
youtube membership exclusive content has already stagnated. he promised his members exclusive videos once he reached 100 channel members only to back pedal and instead offer "early access" to videos which he still hasn't done, so all you get now are these 4 old videos that were also public at some point to everyone and then made members only again once the initial viewership wave died off and he cashed the ad revenue paycheck.
in what world does he need yet another stream of pity income? what would he even offer as perks for the podcast's patreon? he has nothing of value to offer. get a job you fat faggot and stop scamming people for subscription fees you hope they forget about.
