Over the past few days, I ran a script to scrape accounts Boogie follows, and Dezikay_wolf's following and follwers on Instagram. Instagram will time me out and sometimes even wants a hard password reset.
The way Instagram enlists following and follower accounts is quite unusual in the logical sense. It isn't listed alphabetically but rather chronologically. I suppose they are either too lazy to sort the list or trying to prevent people from gaming the following charts by inserting weird symbols.
Essentially, this means whichever account shows up on the top of the following and followers list was the most recent to follow/be followed.
(None of the archives are working and I hope Elon dies in a car accident.)

So we have around November, 2021 to the 13th of May, 2023 where he last tweeted about Meta PCs, then this spans to the 16th of July where he tweeted about 8-Bit Eric.
He announced his new sugarbaby on around the 11th. We found out on the 2nd of July. This means he's been following her since as early as around the end of year 2021, when she was only 19. Creepy. Gross.
Being more charitable, this places him in maybe the early of this year. Still gross and creepy.
Dezikay has 5039 followers at the time of this post. Boogie2988 was placed at around 1918, or her 2977th follower. Now, we can simply try and find so called "sponsor" type spam accounts to narrow this window.
2 weeks ago, ranked a lot higher than Boogie. He's been following her for more than 2 weeks.
They're quite dedicated.
8 weeks ago, the 3340th follower or 1555 most recent. Boogie2988 has been following her for more than 8 weeks.
13 weeks ago:
3146th follower, Boogie2988 was her 2977th follower. Boogie2988 has been following her for

It's pretty safe to assume that Boogie2988 has been following her for more than 4 months.

2845th follower by the way, pretty close to 2977.
