Winning move was to not go literally fucking insane when Keem and Frank were in the call with him. "I want you to come to my house so I can KILL YOU!!!!!!" Once he said (screamed) that (and a dozen other things) the only way to look 'good' would be to have mag dumped Frank, although that would obviously cause other issues...

But no, fatty couldn't help himself when under pressure so he made bad decision after bad decision.

Odd that the Kaufman apprentice couldn't tell that Frank's whole thing is ACTING like a giant antagonistic arsehole (who does nothing other than say mean words while wearing a go pro on his head.)

Just to make my opinions on this clear, displaying the gun would've been 'ok' as in iffy legally. Inviting an a-logger over to goof around and then even displaying is morally wrong for sure, but he would've had a chance legally. There was nothing Frank could've really done besides charge him or display his own weapon to justify using deadly force (discharge the weapon in any way). However, depending on location just displaying can be considered 'using deadly force'.

I'm a strong believer in property rights, but I'm also a strong believer that if you start the problem like Boogie and invite trouble and get it, it's still your fault. So basically, I'd only mildly shit on him if he went out with gun by side and told him to leave. That would probably still deserve at least a misdemeanor few months deferred probation probably.

I have to strongly disagree with you, sorry. A method actor takes their work seriously and performs the same offline as they do in front of the camera to try and blend it, so it's hard to tell.

Boogie is like Pat Contri, you can easily tell when they go into 'acting mode' because they are bad actors. Pat does this weird voice thing when he is reading off a script when he's not doing a blatant just casual podcast. Boogie does the same. A real method actor is Jim Carry or Vigo Morrison that carries their weapons and acts off screen to boost their on screen appearance.. I wish Irish would come on here more, cause he's the best at detecting the boogie 'real' vs' acting'.

ETA, In sum method actor mean he acts that way irl too. No way.
