Yeah I just figured out its Vaush. Im not too much into reading about into breadtube so I didn't recognize him.

Supposedly his defense is he's joking about it.

I think he's just projecting the way he does about pedophilia, it wasn't really set up as a joke, but then again that clip is very short.

Because he is just feel-good entertainment who rides off the hate propaganda against "the right". It isn't and never was about political beliefs and principles. It's about feeding your ego and making money and creating two minute hate videos is what's currently profitable. Late night TV is the same way.

He has a few strategies he uses to avoid being held to a set of principles, have productive conversations with those whom he is opposed to, and, most importantly, save face to keep subscribers. Claiming to use hyperbole or humor is one of those strategies.

I think people make bigger mockeries of themselves in different ways depending on what they believe in. Ralph doing that is funny because it went against the kind of man he attempted to portray himself as, plus he ended up flushing his nest egg down the toilet of constant legal battles. If Vaush knocked up a bunch of women it wouldn't be out of character for someone who portrays himself as a sexual degenerate and lauds manwhores. He would need to do something even lower than what his branding already is.
 
His brand is an intellectual who says the things Democrat/liberal/progressive talking heads won't way and doesn't let the opposition get one over on him. That is basically Destiny's brand but with more intellectual signaling, without vocalized beliefs, and without validating anything "right wing".
Anyone who has watched him since he started can tell it is about money and subscriber counts. You can see it with how he games "debates". His upbringing also suggests his culture is that of a sociopathic coastal Californian who holds utter contempt for those outside the area and has no qualms bilking people out of their money. I think Null has mentioned the LA mentality in his streams before.

Everyones "true" character shines through after a while of constant streaming and researching about this thing I learned that he basically thinks his audience is 10% pedophiles or something. So he might be catering to them. I doubt its 10% glowies. His audience might forgive him for this last thing or even "laugh with him" and buy that its a joke. But it's just his personality shining through I think (one that ultimately sits well with your opinion of him as a hack who doesn't believe what he is saying).
