I always find it funny that Brendan talks about shooting double legs on people and his elite wrestling. But he didn't even attempt a takedown will his eighth fight and could only hit takedowns on people who couldn't wrestle. As for his bjj, he only had one submission victory out of 18 fights and really relied on big guy punching power.
IIRC, he is a black belt under a Gracie, and they don't hand those out, like one of the Gracies does with blue belts now, or maybe they stopped, honestly not aware now. He is a gifted athlete, I'll give him that, but still he showed he's a bitch cowering like he did when Tyson was staring him down. His dumb hypotheticals make me laugh, because he just makes these stupid instances up to boost his ego. B, if that rico case goes through and you're on the list of those people, you are going to do time. Better get yourself ready B, because Rogaine isn't bailing you out of this.
Edit: He got so lucky claiming that trugg, as a write off. Kek

He never got his black belt from a Gracie. He trained under Rener Gracie for a time while he was in the UFC and was only a brown belt. Following his retirement in 2015, there was little evidence that he was still actively training. The only time you saw Brendan doing BJJ was when he was beating up on Bryan and cranking his producer Chin's neck on TFATK. Around 2021 Brendan's son started training BJJ and apparently asked Brendan why he doesn't have a black belt. Brendan claims that he was technically given one by his old gym in Colorado but he just never picked it up. So he flew out and did a photo op of him being given a belt from a gym that he hasn't trained at in years.
My questions are:
1. Why would be take a belt from a gym that he wasn't even training at during his UFC days? Like it's pretty weird to be promoted by a gym you haven't trained at for years.
2. He was training under Rener Gracie at the Gracie Academy the last time he was training. Wouldn't it make more sense to get your belt from Rener as he was your last coach and a legit instructor who is also in the same city as you. Why fly out to Colorado to get a belt when you could do it in L.A?
3. Brendan is a social media whore who will post anything but has not posted any BJJ training for years. You'd think he he trained even semi-regularly that he'd post something. If you're not actually training, why take the black belt? Why would you want it if you probably suck now.
TLDR of it is many people think this belt is fake and Brendan just arrange a photo op with his old gym who feel fine giving a fake belt to a 'celebrity'. He also doesn't train so his skill set isn't of the belt level and he only did it for social media clout and to impress his family. As with most things he does, it's probably fake and gay.
- He'll set the ground work by saying "People keep asking me about..." or "There's a video going around about me saying..." and he'll say it in an exacerbated tone like he's so over it.
- He'll keep saying "the whole thing is so silly", "can't believe people keep bringing it up", it's so stupid" to frame that everybody else is obsessed it the topic and Brendan is only mentioning it because the public won't stop bringing up.
-He'll then unsubtly drops details where he's the hero or the good guy or displays high traits. But only because it's part of a subject that other people are forcing him to discuss.
Yeah, BJJ slowly turned into a system like TKD, where you just pay into now, for the most part, there still a lot of gyms that reward through merit. DJ is a huge example, that mofo was a brown belt for like a decade before finally getting promoted. He probably found a McDojo that wanted him under their belt as a blackbelt, it's not unheard of now and was a thing back then too. Rashad Evans is a prime example, never had one submission attempt and yet still achieved blackbelt status. He's a lying sack of shit for sure though.
Now a days it just seems more like it's a status symbol for a lot of people. Personally seen it myself where people hit that belt and then just fall of the face of the planet. Wouldn't be remotely surprised if Schlob has that mentality.
Brendan gets asked why he dyed his hair blonde - Blames it on his kids.
Brendan gets asked why he shaved his head - It was his kids idea.
Brendan gets asked why he shave his moustache crooked - Blames it on his kids.
Brendan is so predictable, even Redditors can predict who he is going to blame this on.
This is sort of like when ever there's a incident with Brendan's businesses or podcasts. He blames his team or it was a bad team member or bad business manager or bad lawyer.

Brendan is now shilling supplements through his Drive Fast All Gas aka d.F.A.G website. So Brendan now has the one stop shop for boomer auto merch and medically ambiguous supplements. The product is called Methylene Blue and is described as:
Methylene Blue is commonly used as a nootropic supplement to support energy production, cognitive function, and overall cellular health. It works by enhancing mitochondrial efficiency and supporting your body's natural defense against oxidative stress.
Looking into it more, the supplement is made by a company called Diesel Blue. Looking at their website, they've also been involved in Brendan's truck giveaway grifts.
Someone on Reddit searched out the address listed on the website and found it's connected to some prior lawsuits.
The address is linked to a shed in Arkansas, which is then linked to “Diamond Hands LLC”… quick search on this and it comes up with another trugg givway with a company/ group called Team Bigly(?) it’s got the hodgetwins and Bryce Mitchell in it + random others.
Searching Diamond hands LLC itself brings up a whole bunch of cases of them being sued for breach of contract.
One other thing I noticed is the 1000+ reviews for something that potentially doesn’t even exist yet. It’s never been promoted.
Tim Kennedy is a former UFC fighter and military veteran. He is also known in the Rogansphere and is know as a grifter, pseudo tough guy and is good friends with Brendan and is a occasional guest and fill in co-host on TFATK. For a long time Tim has had people calling him out on embellishing his military stories and for stolen valor. Tim has recently been force by other veterans to admit that some of his military awards are fake and gay and released a statement finally admitting this. To many people his statement looks like it's been written by AI or by a lawyer and he doesn't really take responsibility and acts like his valor theft is one big whoopsee accident.
Brendan and Bryan cover their friend Tim's valor theft on the TFATK podcast. As usual, when they try and cover their buddies public disgraces like Chris Delia, they just make things worse.
The bit starts with Bryan trying to go over some of the details which then makes Brendan frequently interrupt him and say "Let's not get off track here". Brendan then pops in another bit of chewing nicotine into his mouth and then tries to read an overview of the Bronze Star as he stumbles through pronouncing words with his mush mouth full of nicotine gum.
Brendan then comes up with a 5D chess take and says "You're going to find out that he's not Superman. He's BATMAN! and he's still a bad ass" Brendan says this with a grin on his face like he's just come up with the cleverest thought ever. He then yells out the "YOU'RE GOING TO FIND OUT THAT HE'S NOT SUPERMAN, HE'S ACTUALLY BATMAN" analogy multiple more times thinking that using fictional comic book characters is a great basis for cover this topic.
Bryan then tries to cover for Tim by saying he's a great guy and tells vague anecdotes on how Tim has done good stuff for some people in the past.
Brendan chimes back in defending Tim's valor theft by saying how he's a good friend and how Tim is one of Brendan's "3am friends" who he can call with anything. Brendan then makes things sound even more creepy by saying "I don't lend my kids to anybody" and then says how he'll give his son over to Tim so they get ice cream. So Brendan justifies Tim's valor theft because Tim would take Brendan's son to get ice cream.
They then try and obfuscate the idea that the general public being allowed to discuss Tim's valor faggery. Brendan referring to people as internet haters and how everyone else are just citizens and need to shut up about this as it's not our place. And that the super dooper alpha force One percenters are going to deal with Tim behind close doors and sort this out and afterwards we'll realize that Tim isn't Superman but he's Batman. But until then, everyone needs to stay out of it and let the army men sort this and Tim is really a cool guy because Bryan and Brendan will hand over their kids to him on a silver plater and they can call him at 3am. Brendan snaps at the internet hadders at one point and yells "Don't hate on my friend!"
They also squeeze in an ad read halfway through their rant to make sure they monetize this faggy drama of two middle age men sucking the dick of their military grifter buddy.
I think what he intends to say is "tossing these softball questions" based on the hand motion, but confuses that with the phrase "clear-cut questions" for some reason, and then marble mouths "cape-cut" because he's retarded.
Last week Brendan told a obvious lie about him knowing about the UFC event at the White House after Trump talked about it hypnotically on TV. Brendan said he knew about it four months prior before Trump mentioned it.. This week he's now doubling down on the lie and expanding on it and saying he actually knew about it for SIX months before Trump ever mentioned it.
