What even is his point? Home value is not income for the average homeowner. How does rising home values lead to "decomodify"ing housing?

Of course, he chooses Twitter to make these stupid assertions so he doesn't have to provide any explanation to people who are impressed by big (misspelled) words and complex-sounding ideas.
