Inactive Byuu / byuu_nyan / setsunakun0 / Near / David Ginder - "Non-binary" furry programmer who wrote a Super Nintendo emulator, tried to blackmail Null into removing his thread, and is probably actually dead lol

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Byuu or what ever you go by now, I know you read this thread. Someday someone is going to get your dead name, your address, and your employer. They are going to find out who you really were and let the internet know the fool you really are.

Your furry circle will hate you for faking your own death, your few if any friends will too, your family obviously abandoned you long ago. All you are going to have left is the laughter of the farms at your idiotic antics.

I hope you live an exceptionally long and healthy life, I say this unironically. I want you to live to a ripe old age so you can live with your shame for another 80 years. By then you won't even have the farm's attention or laughter, nobody in the world will be left to care about who you are or who you were.

You will die a broken and forgotten man, with nobody to comfort your bedside in the final hours of your life.

Wow, it took two months to get back to me. I got an interesting call fifteen minutes ago from the Passport Vital Records Section. They do not have documentation of his death.
Edit: Not sure if this number should be posted in full, as it's not listed on the internet. It wasn't the same one that we contacted initially. View attachment 2784871
This should really be featured.

So far it's just an anecdote with no real evidence. I mean I believe it, but I already believed it. David Kirk Ginder is obviously still alive, because records that would definitely exist if he actually had died by suicide do not include his name.

No American named David Kirk Ginder is in the official list from Japan, a notoriously obsessive state about record-keeping, in their official record of such events.

The only logical conclusion is that the man is still alive.

It's two things. The first is that it is politically expedient for him to stay dead than it is to acknowledge that he is alive and that they were tricked into believing a set of lies. This can be something they parrot about this site whenever it is brought up and be used as another example of why this place is the worst thing on the internet. Same thing with that "Julie Terry Berry" case or the Christchurch shooting request.

The other is that the people who believe this tend to be morons who don't want to admit that they were tricked by a really shitty faked suicide. Trying to convince people that they were were lied to and believed whole heartedly in a story is difficult. Most would rather either drag you into the hole they dug themselves into or shout you down than admit that they were fooled.
Now that I think about it, I wouldn't be surprised if a major aspect of it is peer pressure. Imagine venting in your friend's transtastic furry discord server that Kiwi Farms did nothing wrong. You'd probably get blocked, kicked, banned, maybe even called out on twitter. Or at the very least, that might be what you're afraid of happening.

The funny thing is watching these perverts accusing each other of shit they originally found on Kiwi Farms and trying to launder it by finding it from somewhere else. It's like a super clumsy autistic version of how federal prosecutors get evidence by illegal means and then use "parallel construction" to pretend they got it legitimately.

Except funnier because usually nobody goes to prison for life based on such bullshit.

Forgot to mention one other thing. The man said that they would have received documentation of his death from Japan's U.S. Embassy if the death had been reported to the U.S. Embassy. It would have been reported to the U.S. Embassy if the death had been reported to the police in Japan. The U.S. Embassy would release a document of his death to the Passport Vital Records Section and the Passport Vital Records Section would send 20 copies of certification of the death to the next of kin or family (or consular, can't remember which he said). Any additional copies could be obtained by calling them. He did mention the death was considered "a bit early"; he said Japan's U.S. Embassy may not have sent certification of death over yet. He has made a case number for me and will update me if he receives confirmation from the Embassy. I am guessing that if he does not receive confirmation (I'm guessing by the 27th, as that would make it six months post mortem), there would no longer any doubt that David Kirk Ginder is still alive. We can continue to wait longer than that, but the lack of any confirmation right now--given that Japan is diligent and punctual in documentation and procedure--speaks volumes. He recommended I reach out the U.S. Embassy; I will be doing this and extending to the other consulate posts in Japan sometime later in the week since it conveniently lines up with unrelated work I need to get done for my job. Otherwise wouldn't have bothered.

Encyclopedia Dramatica has a yearly event for a posthumous award called "The Golden iPod" from which Byuu has been disqualified. Presumably, for failing to meet the main requirement:

The Tokyo Embassy's English speakers don't seem to understand much English beyond simple conversation. How did Byuu get anywhere around Japan to live there for so long? At first, they kept telling me that they can't release the information to third parties. I was trying to explain our role but she didn't understand. She kept asking her colleague until I used a dictionary to give her the right words. Switched over to Japanese at that point. Conversation went smoother then. She said she wasn't able to comment regarding that, but she gave me a phone number of a place that could help. Was the phone number of a police station in Tokyo. Contacted them. Didn't speak very good English. Switched to Japanese. There was no confirmation of a U.S. citizen committing suicide by the name of David Kirk Ginder. Calling Japan is expensive.

Note. The calls weren't placed today. I took the screenshots on the day we called. Anyway, I'm still going to hold out on the Vital Records Section contacting me with confirmation of David Kirk Ginder's death. As long as I'm not posting otherwise, we can safely assume that David Kirk Ginder has not been reported dead to the police of Japan.

At what point do they finally admit this is untenable? It's getting pretty ridiculous. My prediction - they won't. They will just pretend it didn't happen, USA Today will never update its story, and we will continue to be blamed for a 'suicide' that never happened.

I think Ginder thought it would be easier to fake a 'suicide' if it happened abroad (very similar to how the furry 'Nachodog' claimed she was getting assisted suicide in Germany - something totally unavailable there for foreigners). That there would be some international fog in getting any record of it, plus the language gap, it would be hard for us to confirm. Didn't count on applied autism leading to due diligence of overturning every rock until it's been disproved.

Your prediction is definitely accurate. These people hate to be wrong, let alone admit they were either helping some dumbass shut-in lie about killing himself– or if that isn't the case– admitting that said dumbass fooled them. It's too much for the bloated egos of Twitter troons. Why accept that he's alive and just fucked off to a new online identity when instead you can use it to fuel hatred towards a site with users that shit on people you like?

Meanwhile the people still talking about David fondly include zoophiles, pedophiles, and troons. What a crowd.

Good to know David doesn't fuck dogs, from the mouth of a zoosadist! Zrcalo runs this account and occasionally spergs about David.

At best we might get the standard race hate crime hoax or false sexual abuse accusation grifter justification of "yeah okay byuu didn't an hero but it started a conversation about how kiwifarms is terribad and that's the important thing".

You're doing gods work, friend. :semperfidelis:

Which would be complete bullshit given the facts leading up to it, including that Scumbag Ginder tried to extort, suicide bait, and proclaim baseless blame to the farms. Imagine trying to frame one-sided anxiety-driven malice as being proof that the side getting fucked with is the one in the wrong. The Byuu cries in pain, etc etc.

No they wouldn't. They'd still continue reporting him as dead. Because nobody cares.

I've watched them literally just outright lie about stuff like what was actually going on in the Rittenhouse case day to day, when the entire full video of what actually happened was completely available. They do this without the slightest trace of shame. And unless a "Reliable Source" reports it, Wikipedo goes with the lies of the media over the obvious, verifiable truth.

You could say "nobody is stupid enough to do this." But they're not stupid. They trust that their stupid audience will believe any bullshit they say, no matter how obviously false.
I can confirm the stupidity of the reliable source stuff. A good example would be Wikipedia's mention of Drivergate a Driver 3 review scandal in the mid 2000s

Atari rushed Driver 3 for financial reasons. To guarantee profits, they provided two magazines exclusive coverage of the game earlier than everyone else, in exchange for guaranteed 9/10 scores. When the game came out, players were furious that they were lied to and posted on forums how full of shit those magazines were. Atari hired a PR company to attempt damage control, but backfired. Eventually the forums deleted every topic, every post related to the scandal, saying this all could be considered libel. One Journalist archived the entire shitstorm, and thats how we know about the scandal today.
Wikipedia wouldn't let the scandal appear on the article because the one Journalist who archived it wasnt apart of the approved sources. Years later, Guru Larry makes a video on it. Kotaku and Polygon make reports about that video, which was enough for the editors to finally approve the inclusion of Drivergate in the article.

It's absolutely retarded

For years, Wikipedia claimed there's a Hindu pope, and banned Hindus who objected.

The site's full of stupid shit because it's really an ego trip for assorted deviants, and they're the kind of deviants who will want to keep the suicide hoax going.

Both of those are peanuts to the time an autistic furry teenager gained control of an entire language writing thousands of articles in a fake comedy accent and permabanned anyone who brought it up.
Surely this issue was resolved quickly?
A few days?
Ok, accounting for jannie retard time. It took them a few months?

TEN FUCKING YEARS! TEN FUCKING YEARS!

Blaise Pascal (19 Juin 1623 – 19 August 1662) wis a French mathematician, pheesicist, inventor, writer an Christian filosofer. He wis a child prodigy that wis eddicated bi his faither, a tax collector in Rouen. Pascal's earliest wark wis in the naitural an applee'd sciences whaur he made important contreibutions tae the study o fluids, an clarified the concepts o pressur an vacuum bi generalisin the wark o Evangelista Torricelli.
In Greek meethology, the Minotaur wis a creatur wi the heid o a bull an the body o a man or, as describit bi Roman poet Ovid, a being "pairt man an pairt bull". The Minotaur dwelt at the centre o the Labyrinth, which wis an elaborate maze-lik construction designed bi the airchitect Daedalus an his son Icarus, on the command o Keeng Minos o Crete. The Minotaur wis eventually killed bi the Athenian hero Theseus.
A veelage is a clustered human settlement or community, larger than a hamlet but smawer than a toun, wi a population rangin frae a few hunder tae a few thoosand (sometimes tens o thoosands).
lmfao

I wish for a wikipedia thread now, there's so much junk going on that site, from the infighting to the blatant propaganda to the talk pages being used as a way to pubblicly humiliate people...
Back on topic, while watching a video about emulators I noted that the guy who made the video briefly touched on this topic on the comment section. It was fun seeing lots of people saying "didn't they killed themself last year too" and "they only retired their online persona, come on already", along with the usual anti KF idiocy.
