This woman is........slightly unhinged, to put it lightly.
I do find one big hole in her theology. Jesus outright said there was no exact timetable or set of things that would usher in the end days. For the love of god I had hoped to never see this name on a thread title ever again in my life.
You see ladies and gentlemen once upon a time in the 2008-2012ish era Carrie used to post her insane rambling on her local Topix forums of Rhea County TN. Rhea County is famous for the Scopes Monkey Trial, The Rhea Gay Ban etc.......which used to be a sewer I lounged in part time for easy laughs.
Also managed to have a 2 hour conversation with her because I wanted to pick her brain a bit to see if it was an act or if she genuinely was as delusional as she put herself off as.
I was toying with the idea of making an ED article but abandoned it.
Sadly enough on top of Topix forums being deleted themselves another big loss of info lies in the fact that she was shadowbanned around 2012 and mods went through wiping literally hundreds of pages of her ramblings. Also there were supposed to be some upcoming legal actions due to her making insane claims publicly.
A lot of this is going to come from memory and digging through conversations from an old defunkt FB.
First off Topix. I'm not sure if a lot of you are familiar with the now deleted platform but that's where I had first stumbled across her.
Loads of off the wall claims there. From the gov gangstalking to Moraine music group. Most of these things were read knowing I was looking at the writings of an obvious crazy person. Claims of production etc. Any credit to that would be to her ex husband that divorced her (probably due to her growing insanity)
Somewhere in that mix she ended up having a daughter. The only photos I've ever seen are of her daughter pre divorce and more or less led me to believe the father gained soul custody. That's probably a good thing.
Then at some point she started claiming to be the head of some TN Libertarian party and posted a lot of rambling that in a very short time would wind back into her conspiracy theories. Then back into what was close to some strait up copy pasta. The thing is she wasn't savvy enough to use copy pasta and just kinda rewrote her insanity day after day. This would go on for pages at a time. With a load of double and triple posting. I'm assuming she has satellite internet or something and just kinda manically hit the submit button a few times when it wasn't immediately wasn't uploading to the forums and the post and data were pinging between everything (long ping times)
Already being down this weird ass rabbit hole I by chance ran into and spoke with one of the actual Libertarian party members. I chit chatted for a bit and then just inquired about her. I'm not sure if any of you have seen the Joe Rogan episode with Dr.Phil where Joe asked about Cash Me Outside girl. But the reaction Dr.Phil gave was prety much spot on. I was told they are more than aware of who she is and she is in no way affiliated with them, had never been nor had anyone corresponded with her. Then we talked about her ramblings. They were filing a cease and desist or in the process of doing so. Mind you this was over a half decade ago. What ever came came of that I don't know. But shortly after that her Topix shenanigans completely stopped along with her getting shadowbanned from the platform.
Other insane rambling were about a local judge who had been sitting in his position for a decade plus. It boiled down to tirades about him more or less being a mafia don like figure and always referred to them as -insert last name here-crime family. Who happened to be one of the big shot callers in the whole gang stalking/government spying conspiracy against her.
I'm guessing the judge just called her out on her shit at some point and having been in front of the guy myself over various bullshit I can confirm he was in fact an asshole. But only an asshole if you were trying to slip shit past him. It was honestly better to be 100% strait with the guy and if you were at fault just admit it. Hell I watched him strait up talk shit to a guy in front of him over a felony. Guy explained his reasoning. A few minutes of throwing bants at the guy and then he drops it. I'm sure he would have just called bullshit on her conspiracies and ramblings.
Now on to the actual conversation. This was a vocal conversation and not online. The woman is as batshit if not more so when she's not reading from a script on Youtube. Like I said I was trying to pick her brain a bit and see what made those gears turn. I actually avoided any of her insane topics but she immediately did a turn strait for them. It went from government informants to various church groups she was quickly ostracized from (they were put on the informant payroll as well) It fired off in every direction possible. I was accused of being a gov spy shortly after that. Along with her threatening to call the FBI and how we were all going to go down. I see she did so with Kiwifarms. Tagging 9 alt accounts on FB and #ing it to the DOJ.
There was also talk about how she ISN'T crazy and passed loads of court ordered psych evaluations (there's a reason they order those) I'm thinking the Docs just flagged her as "harmless" kinda crazy. If those evals even happened in the first place.
That's about all I can think of at the time though. The larger details anyways. All of this happened 5+ years ago and I'm sure I've forgotten a good portion of her shenanigans. And a lot of it is pieced together via sleuthing back then. Seasoned with the ramblings of someone who's obviously off their rocker.
So after a year or so of lurking I finally post something here. I saw this come up on the first page with the necro bump and thought it'd be good to hand over to the community. I didn't realize she was a previous topic here and google searches mainly show her youtube channel because how she labels everything constantly.

Did she just narc on kiwi farms to the FBI for not capitalizing the b in bible? While reporting on a thread that has been dormant since 2015?? And used #FBI like it was a legit reporting mechanism that they could use to start an investigation?

It seems so. Also we illegally removed 2 of the photos from that post. It also appears that Carrie doesn't have enough legit social media contacts so now has 5+ alt accounts of herself to share all of her craziness with + respond to her posts.
It's ok she sicked the FBI on me several years ago for Navy Seal copypasta.
For being someone who is a target of government gangstalking she sure puts a lot of faith in them acting on her behalf.
