whats the tldr of the post, is it texas wanting to count loli stuff as a form of cp?

I say ban all of the shows with underage fanservice, if someone gets caught with it then if anything cut their internet access for a year (have a monitored browser they could use for stuff like job hunting, maybe an hour of youtube a day)
