I can't for the life of me figure out why the trans and gay community goes out of their way to claim Chris as a member to the point where they attack people on Youtube and X for not calling Chris a woman.
If there is one person who will convince the world all trans people are crazy it is Chris, so why not only walk into that trap but embrace it with glee?

It’s just another version of white knighting him and in some way garnering ammunition against the Kiwifarms and other “transphobes” as perceived bullying of a disabled person can easily be twisted to make us look bad.

I have not been able to sit through a full video of Chris Chan a comprehensive history in probably two years. So much of post Bob's death Chris is just uninteresting and tedious.

Also part of the reason it got so drawn out is because of the density of random tweets/videos/mumbles/discords/whatever the fuck else Chris was involved in from when he got back on the internet after Bob died compared to his output before, which was mostly restricted to youtube videos and IRL happenings.

I have trouble with the post-Bob videos too and watch them sped-up if I watch them at all. Chris babbling about cartoon ponies and Idea Guys crap is a long way from Classic Chris. Geno should tack some "extras" on to those to pay the boredom tax. Like a prank call from the old days at the end of every boring episode. Anybody remember the soundboard ones? "Chris" harassing the Risotto restaurant or Bob not realizing he is talking to himself always make me lol.

That's why I always watch go back and rewatch part 1 all the way up to part 33 because it had most of the fun moments from the Classic Chris days.

Yeah part of the reason I watched was because I barely followed him between 2012 and the merge. It was all just garbage involving ponies, taking place over Twitter and Facebook, which aren’t nearly as funny as 2008 YouTube.

I've met people completely unfamiliar with lolcows who have watched and thoroughly enjoyed the documentary which is really awesome.

Pretty much the same, the first two dozen or so were good, the ones that came after that just seemed to be real boring to me. I think Geno has done a really good job here, and it will be most comprehensive documentary ever put to together, i'm not sure if anyone has a watch time running total or not, but it has to be pushign 60 hours at this point.

Please understand that I'm not saying "autists are always rapey", but if Chris hadn't had his special flavour of autism I think chances are he could have gotten laid the normal way fairly easily, instead of turning into whatever it is he eventually did become. He was never good-looking, but he also wasn't ugly, there's every chance that, if he set his sights realistically and didn't ramble on about Sonichu every chance he got, he would have been able to get a girlfriend. Would he still have trooned out? I think probably yes, he always gave off those vibes, but even many troons have active sex lives (with other troons, granted, but again it's a matter of settling). You just can't be picky when you're a 3/10 man cleaning floors at Burger King. Ugly, unsuccessful, unintelligent, fat guys get laid all the time. It's just a matter of recognising your limits and adjusting your sights accordingly, which Chris' autism prevents him from doing.

Hell, the tardbucks already gives Chris some inherent boyfriend value. That's stable income, something very few (even non-autistic) working class yanks have. Chris doesn't have to juggle three part-time cashier jobs to afford rent for a small apartment and just enough food and meth to get by, the government takes care of that for him. A reason behind this could be that all the "good" trolls quit post bobs death. Sure, the miscreants were cringe in hindsight. But at least they weren't constantly enabling his delusions and progressively making him worse.

He wouldn’t be smart without the autism, but he probably would have an easier time navigating the world.

Chris Chan is a creation of his unique circumstances.
There are other cows, but a lot of them are quite similar, like the fat terminally online guys, a lot of Troons, and certainly a good number of death fats get up to pretty similar antics and have similar opinions, despite not knowing each other and in some cases outright hating each other.

The circumstances of elderly parents wealthy enough to spoil him, not willing to understand or listen to advice on handling a child like Chris, then not particularly reining in his behavior even after encounters with the law and college professors, combined with Chris’s autistic view of the world and main character syndrome.

It takes a fair few moving parts to align to get someone like him.
