Dude, Chris will never deny it. According to what people saw happening in court, one of the first things Chris said something similar to "I'm a goddess and your laws mean nothing to me" or something like that. Chris won't deny shit, he won't say "yeah, my bad judge, i'm just pretending. Sonichu, dimension merges, being married with my sonic recolor magichan, all fake". Maybe if they pressure him really good, he stops fucking around and confess, if it's real or not.

I still have hope this is all a big misunderstanding. I refuse to accept Chris Chan would fucking rape his own mother.

They wouldn't perform a forensic sexual assault exam on someone who didn't consent to it, unless they were incapable of giving consent. I don't think Barb is so far gone that she can't consent to a rape kit - I think she has dementia, but I don't think it's at that stage. So they would have asked the question about consensual sex prior to doing that.

The speed at which they picked up Chris after Barb was taken in for a wellness check is a telling sign.

Null promised him money. Then didn't give him the money. That's betrayal!!! Now he owes Barb $750 and a romantic night on the town and do you know how long it's gonna take him to pay for that making $1.28 an hour slacking off at his job in the prison cafeteria? *sigh*

I'm gonna say no.

-Lied to Null saying he had an over 50 girlfriend so he could brag about getting China.
-Wouldn't deny it when asked directly.
-His las tweet was more focused on the "drama" then the actual accusations.

I truly think there’s irrefutable digital evidence of Chris’s crimes out there, hopefully already in the hands of investigators. Chris is a narcissist with sloppy opsec that films everything regardless of how debauched and socially taboo. If he got comfortable enough to do this every few days over a month, I can totally see him recording a rape. Especially if he thought said video might have a potential adoring audience, Bella and her fellow incest fans.
