Let's Sperg Co-op Games General - Darktide, Vermintide, Deep Rock Galactic, ect

Randoms in Phasmophobia tend to either be useless or assholes. Demonologist is even worse in this regard as every single person seems to be a raging dickbag.

R.E.P.O, and Abiotic Factor are the main games of my friend group right now.

Been having a Retvrn to Diablo 1 with family lately, using the DevilutionX sourceport(?) thing.

DX adds tons of options to customize the game, enable easter eggs, and adds a shared stash and a ""sprint"" function in town.

It's great to just stomp through the dungeon, especially with 1 ranger and 1 sorcerer, only thing that presented a challenge was doing Butcher right away.

Also been trying out Dungeon Siege 2 co-op, but that's kicking our asses. Early game DSiege 2 has big jumps in enemy difficulty, with all the minibosses that hang around the Morden Towers and each new enemy introduced seeming to 2-hit each party member for a couple levels.

Lethal Company sucks ass and so does REPO. Only kids or manchildren npcs play it. I can attest to this because ive had the displeasure of matching with people through their discord. Public lobbies exist in lethal company and its full of weird faggots and kids. No doubt alot of grooming goes on in that game. The games themselves are terrible. You go in to some shitty place and collect items and then return. There are monsters that might kill you. You can buy upgrades and items. Boring shit.
Play Left 4 Dead/Payday 2/Phasmophobia with randoms. You'll quickly hate randoms and wish you had friends.
I've had good experiences only in payday 2. Never tried phasmophobia. Left 4 dead is full of tryhard faggot rushers.

The quality of randoms has declined across the board.
True. In games with a class system like Battlefield, most people play like if it was a Battle Royale or an Esport sweaty competition. Medics don't heal or revive, support don't resupply ammo, etc.
In Killing Floor 2 I see a lot of people who don't play the objective (stay in the zone for an entire wave) or they go to the other side of the map alone even in harder difficulty.
