EVS version of CG is dying. More and more indie comics creators build their own fanbase away from the Frog Mafia Outfit while retaining the goals of the OG CG but not having the baggage of EVS CG. CG will live on even without Ethan.

July did some work for Blaze, and not Chen. Tenet and Blaze are two separate legal entities. Blaze shitcanned Chen not long after the indictment dropped, because nobody wants even the appearance of being tied to her bullshit. She's poison. She's done. Fuck Chen.

EVS owns the trademark to CG. They are inextricably tied. As he goes, it goes.

Exactly, the fact that both July and Chen worked for Blaze is their only connection. If you went to the same bar as July did, you might as well as be sworn blood-brothers with him in the froggy eyes of EVS,
I consider those who believe in the goals CG was founded upon as the real inheritors, regardless of what the trademark by someone who came in later has to say. Ethan 's version of CG is just a fanclub, not a movement.
