He was part of a clique known as The Delray Misfits, which put out some of the funniest content I've ever watched. They're like a real-life version of Always Sunny, but based out of a gym, not a bar. See this playlist of all the episodes. I think Lenny isn't in the earlier ones, but he joins at some point.

For the most part, they've all fallen out with each other now... any content is disjointed, boring, and often hard to access or keep track of. I guess the brightest stars burn out the fastest.

Every workout nut I know swears on chicken breast as your main source of food and a steak twice a week for the extra iron. Then melt cheese over some veg for everything else and calories to fuel the workout. The power lifters love their dairy especially it seems. Building yourself up takes the right raw material, mostly the chicken and veg, and hard work which needs energy to fuel, which comes from the extra calories. I was never into working out, but the guys I know into it are constantly worrying about eating enough to fuel their next workout, and then the divide is between the power builders and body builders. Power lifters are trying to throw on as many extra calories as they can without getting too fat while body builders are trying as hard as they can to burn every calorie they eat.

I was looking at bald Connor content today, the videos from when he really went crazy a few years ago, and I realized that he didn't delete or private those videos, just unlisted them. So anything you can find a link for is still watchable. I don't think he ever really went back to normal after his psychosis because who would leave shit up about drinking pee and eating poop like that

I also found a link to this book he apparently wrote during his fast that I don't think has been archived here. It seems mostly like his enlightenment slop but could be some interesting nuggets in it

I've got to catch up on this Thailand arch now. I don't know why this thread died for a while but seems like he's been up to some crazy stuff

Its a good reminder kiwisisters to archive everything. All those videos are gone

Also maybe my attention span is fucked but how isn't this whole situation not being talked about? I know the fitness industry keeps to its self really well but a story about fitness influencers getting cooked on drugs killing each other in Thailand and then mocking it should be talked about everywhere

I didn't bother because interest in the thread seemed low. A couple of the videos just had stuff you can see in the news articles and otherwise they were short and not that interesting

The thailand milk is old news and there's not really a whole lot to say about it as far as I know, connor didn't post much about it. Theres probably some gossip in Thai idk. In general Connor probably peaked as a lolcow as Bald Connor. Since you bumped the thread maybe I will add a couple more things I found out about him later

I did find this playlist on one of his channels which has links to a bunch of his unlisted videos from when he was really crazy

I did watch some of his psychotic episodes back in the day I'ma kinda powerlevel I dont care. Rewatching them now as someone who's done large amounts of psychs listening to him talk makes me feel like I'm tripping on cid. The whole "Im just acting lol" while saying the most insane shit is what it was like days after you've properly ego deathed

I feel for the people around him that whole era was such a trashfire and you cannot look away.

It will never cease to be amusing to me that OG fitness YouTuber Scooby1961 (an openly gay man who is in a 20+ year marriage to another man) still seems less gay that the preening poseurs that make up much of the YouTube fitness scene today.

All those videos of Murphy taking his shirt off in front of women clearly weren't made to impress the women in the video, but other men who might be watching. The body language in his "divine protein shake" video says it all, as does all the flexing him and his friends do to impress each other at every opportunity. These guys are in love with the aesthetics of masculinity and the male physique, and the women in their lives appear as if they're there as an incidental afterthought. The entire community comes across as extremely homosexual.

9 month old video lays out a serious and plausible case for Leo & Longevity being murdered by Connor Murphy, in a bathroom, with a golf club - a twisted game of clue! If more incest and homosexuality were involved, we’d have a White Lotus plot line for sure.

Just posting this since I can’t find discussion of this in this thread and the video makes a legitimately interesting case. He uses the incident mentioned on here of Connor “barricading himself in the bathroom” during the schizo golf club assault video and theorizes that it might have been to create an alibi/psychosis excuse in case Thai investigators targeted him.

After no heat came down on Murphy, he and Tony Huge’s ladyboy harem would collab on short skits that seemed to be direct references to Leo being murdered, even re-enacting the murder for shock social media content several times. It’s fucking wild.

At the end of the day, I can’t say the video convinced me one way or the other but the evidence he shows is great kf material. Some dark, dark shit our boy Connor is up to - mocking the dead, making “fake” confession videos, the reenactment vids - whoa

I should clarify that Leo & Longevity died under suspicious circumstances in Tony Huge’s bathroom, which is why the Connor bathroom barricading incident is of relevance here.

I hope one day someone makes documentaries, or writes a book, about this bizarre little underworld in Thailand composed of these psychotic American bodybuilders/ criminal. The guys all there for the sex trafficked women, dirt cheap cost of living in corrupt second world country and fleeing from financial troubles or warrants back home.

Tony Huge seems like the one eyed king of these weirdos. There must also be an orbiting community of other shady western expats, ones there for the child rape and cheap prostitutes, plus a small but weird array of Eastern European sex workers.

Did Tony Huge encourage Conner to come to Thailand? He subsidized Leo moving and living there, so I’m curious if it was the same with Conner. Tony Huge is a mega creepy dude. Who watches Conner have a complete, prolonged, psychotic mental meltidown for two years and thinks, “damn I need to get this guy to move in with me?” Apparently Tony Huge.

God only knows what his intention for Conner are. He wanted a buff psychotic guy isolated overseas with him in Thailand. He also has him fucking, fighting and living with the various weird frog women prostitutes Tony buys or rents long term. Pretty sure the divine protein shakes did for Tony. The combination of these weirdos, steroids, viagra, lady boys and the occasional murder has all the ingredients for some pornographic horror film.
