Glad you liked it. I like it because the results are consistent and don't require every fry to be exactly the same size. The parboiling also ensures that they are cooked through, so you can pull them from the oven as soon as they're crisped to your liking.

Some quick comments on Pig's Pizza and Fat-Fuckery

1. Pig gushes over a place that stupidly overprices you; based on the visual look of the pizza and the fact I've been to places like Rocco's, the Pizzas made are twice the price of a similar one in a restaurant like it.
2. Serously, the two local places I've grown to like has a better variety, allows half or even single slice orders, and cooks at least three different styles for far less. Gotta love big city livin', eh Pig?
3. He routinely goes to the shithole that is Pizza Hut, which has never made a good pizza in the handful of time's I've been to one.
4. His next favorite is Dominos, which often trades places with Papa John's (another Pig Favorite) as second worst product.
5. I can buy Pig eating a pizza by himself, since if you're tubby and hungry (experience: I'm also a fat-ass), it's doable. Not common though since you tend to get full by the third or fourth slice unless you hork-choke it down ASAP.
6. Why Pig feels the need to get the breadsticks or hoagies though I can attribute only to being a fat pig, as two pizzas like that usually should last as little as two meals to as many as 3-4 depending on your slice preference.
7. I actually wouldn't be too surprised if the breadsticks were more for Leanna, since she tended to prefer healthier food given what she'd cook for Pig.

Pig's food isn't the worst, but given how often he goes for it, no wonder he's all lard and no muscle.

If he can eat two or three sandwiches at once like he implies he can in Cooking with the Pig when he made those egg sandwich monstrosities, he can easily eat half a damn pizza. He probably at most has enough for a heavy snack afterwards after slopping up at the trough.

Phil is an 80's kid, 80's kids got taught by advertising memes that the only way it was socially acceptable to eat vegetables is if they were slathered in cheese, deep fried, or drenched in ranch dressing otherwise you were gay. Phil may be almost 40 but he definitely still wants you to know he is NAHT GAY!!!!
Also Phil's stomach probably isn't ready to process food without indigestion until early afternoon after his nightly gin binging. Thus we end up with Phil 'Two Meals' Burnell eating just a small snack at 4 pm that takes him 20-30 minutes to eat and then 2 hours later having a large dinner.

In a curious turn of events, post Jester McCashgrab 'reveal' Mrs. D$P appears to be cooking meals with greater frequency for the household with mention of D$P not having cooked turkey burgers "in a while". Hot off the heels of serving up tuna casserole ( a "cultural dish" Mrs. D$P introduced to their menu repertoire), she was down in the kitchen making a chicken pot pie the very next day. One remains watchful for a mention of D$P needing to wrap up the stream as he has to go make dinner. It may be noted that it has been some time since he made this declaration.

Apparently yesterday of 8/11/2019 DSP mentioned that Kat "made" a pot pie and they both shared it. His wording not mine. No mentions of being homemade either.
