But the oven is being sketchy lately so I tried your thing and the toaster oven. I'll def make em again
Glad you liked it. I like it because the results are consistent and don't require every fry to be exactly the same size. The parboiling also ensures that they are cooked through, so you can pull them from the oven as soon as they're crisped to your liking.
