Clem must have been in his early 20's here.

It is really strange, he looks like a young kind in his early teens and is looking or validation for his efforts, even though the room is still dirty (look at the floor).

The room video kinda gives off similar vibes to that old family Christmas video uploaded by Chris, but I guess its more on the weird side rather than creepy.

Yeah, it is strange but I think it's rather more because his parents treat him like a young child, even though he is a grown man.
Other than that, his parents seem perfectly normal.

Gosh, these videos really drive home what a blow it was for Clement to lose his father when he did. Many bright people with autism seem functionally younger than their chronological years until they reach their mid-twenties, at which point the brain matures to the point where they can begin compensating for developmental deficits with higher cognitive function.

Around the time his father died in 2007, Clement was looking at pursuing Electrical and Electronic Engineering certifications from City and Guilds - an indicator that his parents were supporting him on the right track. From what we know of his family, it seems like his mother and father had his best interests at heart.

But given the timing of his father's passing, it appears that support structure was broken when he really needed it to make an effective transition from childhood to adult responsibilities. It's altogether poignant to imagine what Clement might be today if he had had this guidance, rather than spending the past decade mired in his filthy childhood bedroom, wrapping up his identity and self esteem in other people's perceptions of him as a precocious child.

Clem's been shopping again and doesn't like not being able to buy recordable optical media from his local store. Rather than waiting and ordering some online he's gone ahead and purchased a memory card instead only to find it doesn't work in his card reader.

to find it doesn't work in his card reader.

Yeah, that one should be obvious even to him.
He has bought a SDXC card (the card name is SDXC...), to use that he would need a SDXC compatible reader, that's why it works in one of his machines and not in the other.
You can also see that his computer is running Windows XP aka the mark of the autist.

his computer is running Windows XP
I could have sworn he was running windows 7 a few videos back, but then again an OS install doesn't last more than a few months with Clem before he manages to screw something up.

You can buy DVD-Rs and CDRs. They're still made in fact I was in a computer shop the other day and they were still selling them. If your shop doesn't sell them, find another shop that does or order them online.

And yes, his reader is either too old to read the newer cards or he'll need to limit himself to 32GB cards.

Want to hear Clement rant about anti virus software for almost 20 minutes?
Have I got a treat for you!

Well, you wanted more angry rants, so here we go! But first a thanks to everyone who helped out with the SD card problem.

Last of the "From the Archives". A "lost" video of me exploring a couple of abandoned buildings. Again this was around early 2000, I used to do this a lot back in those days and I thought this place was rather interesting so I took the camera with me while taking a look around. I don't say anything in the video. I think this was a printing press at some point as there was still some rusty printing equipment laying around. Of course it all been demolished now and I can't remember what they built in it's place.

And PLEASE STOP asking about the electronics videos, I HAVE NO MORE video worthy electronics projects, if I find something interesting, I'll make a video about it.

At-least Clem managed to do a pull up.

Clem has awoken from hibernation to complain about paid videos on youtube, seemingly a thing among the biggest youtube channels (I have never encountered one, but I'm not subscribed to any of the big youtubers).
This seems however to be a voluntary thing on the uploaders side to increase earnings, something that Clement does not understand:

No YouTube, NO! This is supposed to be a FREE service.

So far it only seems to be on one video (in my subscriptions anyway), but I dont know how long it will be before every video has a price.

I've seen the occasional pay-to-watch videos. Of course he puts up a big stink about it, because not everything in life is free unlike what he might think.

Now that we are thankfully back, and none of the information got lost (thank fuck for that), here's another electronics video from Clem uploaded in the meantime. I got a feeling he's not gonna stop focusing on electronics unlike what he has said earlier.

I hope so too, hopefully he's doing ok

Clement is back!

He's been too busy to make videos, but not because he's been at work or had a busy social life... He was working on "something big" in his room.

Yes, I'm still alive! So why have I not been making videos lately? Well here's why.

I'm working on a brand new cartoon show, I'm not going to reveal too much about it for now and I only have a tiny bit of animation done, but this is what has been taking up most of my time, I will do a more in-depth video about it later on.

Also I'm working on improved Bass, Drums & Guitar sample banks for Open Modplug Tracker, so when that's done there will be a video about that too.

Kind of ironic that no-one in my 100+ subscriptions has uploaded a single video today, yet here I am uploading a video!
