Idk it's the lower end for like a school zone, usually it's around 25. Looks like a jogging path though, he should quit being autistic and enjoy looking at the trees.

My guess is the suspicious dark smears on the signpost, which really comes together with the speed limit and turn to make me imagine someone went a little too fast and ended up wrapped around it.
Or, you know, le epic trolle there's nothing there.

Remind me why it is borderline criminal to hate these people but it is socially acceptable to not only willingly spread AIDS, but glorify it?
