Not to bring clouds over the rainbows of your initial sentiment but I don't think love is in Phil's future. Leanna was it. She put up with the guy who is that lazy, that unattentive, that astonishingly unambitious. And she did this for years.
Phil only has a couple more years at most until he's bankrupt and living back with mommy and daddy. So a destroyed credit rating, no car, no friends, no career, an extremely offputting and selfish personality, and living with his parents.
I cannot imagine cupid firing another arrow at Phil's ass. He blew it.

Man, even skype/discord calls would be something for this guy. It's really weird when even the guys that do this are a bit higher on the totem pole than Phil with how shut in he's gotten:

Jesus Christ he already has 93 Destiny 2 videos. How does he expect anyone to watch this shit. Does he think it is like a Netflix binge? People sit down to watch 40 videos of Phil grinding for a raid and they have to get through it because that raid will be chopped into 40 videos and be up the next day. It would look bad and lazy enough just putting up the 4 hour stream, but this is just too daunting for anyone to get into.

Yeah Leanna was the one chance he had. Women can be tricky but she even laid it out for him. "Leanna sat me down and discussed how we don't see each other much" If he can't make being self employed and working at home work IDK how any relationship will ever work with him. Leanna was very nice to put up with his laziness, attitude, poor hygiene etc. I doubt he smells good either. He was very lucky to find a girl, not sure if he realizes that or not. (prob not)

Not likely. There's 1-2 bedroom apartments in his area at around $1,500/month.
 
Mortgage payments tend to be lower than rent so he's probably paying somewhere between 500-1k per month in mortgage payments times two condos would be like 2k or close to that.

shouldn't he be close to paying off that condo in CT? he's been making payments on it since 2009

Yeah, the only thing funnier than him getting mad at people for paying him to vote on a poll choice he chose to put up is that he’s done this over and over and still gets enraged when the option he listed but doesn’t want keeps winning. This is one of those I can’t believe this isn’t an act moments.

Mortage payments are lower only if you have a 20 year mortage or similar. Too bad we dont know the details of Phil debt,maybe we cloud laugh at his bad decisions more.

He's around halfway paid off.

Scoffing at a fan that used the charity hashtag when he made a donation instead of tipping?

Mocking a fan that was excited about upcoming Switch releases because they have been released on other consoles? Yeah Phil, we all have time/money to buy every console that comes around. Kids especially does not have this option.

Also now all of a sudden gout boy have the decency to keep things private? It would take one bad event between him and the female version of him before he started venting about it on stream again.
