I don't see this affecting him in any way. His top contributors are already doing anything he says no matter what(he did not show any proof that his taxes are going to ruin him last year and they let the green roll in anyway) so all he needs is to put up his shirt, his puppy face and start begging. Some trolls might ask "what about the $1200?" but he'll simply brush them away and keep saying how its not enough, not even close for the evil taxes.

Cross posting from other thread:

There's nothing to say that both Tut and DSP got their money.

"Shrink percentage" in retail (the amount of shit that gets stolen/fraud/fuck ups) is around 2% of sales. PayPal will not win every single time, neither will the credit card company, the bank, the insurance company or DSP. That's the way it works. One or two transactions for a few thousand dollars are a rounding error for these companies.

A couple of weeks ago, he had a paypig with real money throwing it at him. Now, he knows it's a troll and he's lost it again. So if being back where you were is a 'total victory' then more power to him. It just means we can look forward to more begathons and 'I can't afford to live' moments coming for us, which weren't going to happen while Tut was around.

/rubs hands.

Absolutely. Chances are they both got their money, but I hope Tut lost his TBH. Serves him right for being a dick. Not to Phil, the more people that do that the better, but for making Phil feel as though he had self worth again. He was on a high because he had a rich paypig smothering him and that Phil is the worst Phil. People need to stop pozloading my neghole and leave it be, it's funny enough on it's own.

This. He had his usual short term victory, now he's back to the old status where nobody massages his shoulders and the usual beg-a-thon has an excuse to exist (instead of another excuse). So effectively he just experienced a huge throwback and his even more awful behavior these last couple weeks to month certainly won't help him in the slightest.

- "I knew that my sense of humor was controversial and offended people"...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!
- "My 2 closest friends at the time told me what needed to be done to keep Project 7 alive and to stop hogging the money" ...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!
- "I knew that moving across the entire country to a new house that was difficult to afford would put me back into the same debt I just crawled out of" ...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!
- "My relationship with Leanna was broken beyond repair and getting engaged wasn't going to fix a damn thing" ...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!
- "There were multiple signs that working with Lavaria was a horrible business decision" ...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!
- "I knew Tut was going to fuck me over eventually if I spent his money" ...FUCK IT. I did it anyway!

I think the fact that Phil isn't in a permanent state of, "screwed beyond anyone's ability to help" alone is victory enough for him.

Well it isn't enough, because he's already spent it. As soon as that money touches his account it disappears. That's why he loses his shit on chargebacks, the money is gone already and if the chargeback goes through then it's coming out of whatever he still has in his account.

I'm glad that Phil flipped on Tut and I hope he doesn't come back.

I don't believe him. There is no date or time on that message, and no listed amount. Either way this is a horrible way to act for a 36 year old man.

I've said it 1,000,000 times. Phil is a dumb ass, but he is also an evil genius that knows how to play his fans like a concert pianist.

1. Say you're not going to post anything because no amount of information will be able to satisfy the trolls.
2. Post a small slice of information anyway, that confirms almost nothing. We call this out.
3. Do a rant on pre-stream the next day saying how you were right all along and nothing is ever enough.
4. Bask in the celebratory cheers and tips.

We saw it during the doxpocalypse of TKHF, it's happening again now.

If you search for "PayPal case favor" you can find a lot of pictures of what Dave received. There are some data, the amount and the date.

Just in case Dave will snort a different story.

You say this white screen won't convince you?

2 min extract of D$P throwing Tut under the bus... Admitted he recognized Tut was being "toxic" in the chat and "made the chat all about him" - but nil issues as the $$ rolled in

Hilariously uses the phrase that allowing this was "the lesser of two evils":

The lesser of two evils principle (or lesser evil principle and lesser-evilism) is the principle that when faced with selecting from two immoral options, the one which is least immoral should be chosen.

Very suspect that he decided to crop out the second paragraph after Next Steps that would show just the amount for his "victory" without showing any personal information.

Now seeing how the email is setup he could have easily kept the paragraph under next step. Outside of lying the only reason I could think of would be getting a separate email for each charge back. Seems dumb but could be something an automated service would do. Anyone know if that would be the case?

You don't need to be genious to scam a bunch of morons like DSP's fans.

So Kat's job gave her halloween off?

Phil's stream is starting an hour late at ~11 AM. If he turns the camera on at (optimistically) 11:30AM and Kat is there, she could easily be done in an hour or so and head to the afternoon/evening shift by like 1 PM. She's not going to be there for the games b/c she supposedly doesn't like gore and such. But also she liked Phil's Evil Within playthrough, which of course was chock full of gore courtesy of the game itself and Phil's shit gameplay probably leading to many deaths.

I'll also note that the entire stream is supposed to be 8 hours long. Factor in what will probably be 1.5 hours of "prestream", minimum, and at least 2 20+ minute breaks, and gosh, Phil is streaming actual gameplay for a total of ~6 hours...the same amount he normally does in a standard day. What a marathon!
