It's rightly considered unwarranted and reckless speculation based on zero evidence. However, I can see why some might have considered it after Phil provided the following clues during his emergency shitcast:

1.) His reaction to the secret notice was all about the material possesions he might/will lose, how it affected him physically and emotionally and how he needed support now more than ever.
2.) There was no mention of his having obligations that are forcing him to move back east.

That is exactly how Phil would react if she really were pregnant.

But again, the pregnancy idea is completely unfounded, and I am only replying to douse that fire before it gets started again.

Be nice to him = don't vote for him to play a Mario game probably.

Super Mario Sunshine is fairly relevant for an older game, which is why he must have put it on the poll but Phil doesn't see it's all enthusiasts and Nintendo fans, neither of which he is. Since Persona, Danganronpa, and Scarface were poll options before, it looks like he puts up game types that he obviously hates because people will vote and pledge for those (not to mention the game is popular) but his controversy baiting is a useless tactic if he ends up complaining about it every single time, quitting the playthrough, and stating you can never vote for the game ever again. Soon all patron's choice will be is "choose" which AAA new release he plays first.

I give it a week and a few hundred patreon dollars until this "mystery" ALERT situation goes away. Going back to live with family may do DSP some good. At least he won't be lonely all the time.

I think the main reason he doesn't wanna play too many Mario games is because he doesn't have a Mario hat to sperg it up in.

This time his begging video was slighty off and he added some new spins to it. Not only does he sound a bit more convincing, he hasn't given out just that much information for wild speculations. It is entirely possible that it is another ruse and bait to get his paypigs opening their wallets, but there were some interesting theories here. Also Phil is known to over-exaggerate a story and adds new spins to it.

And hey, a couple of pages ago people including me have thought about how Phil would react if North Korea really invades the US, so talking about him having financial problems and more trouble should be fine, too.

Equifax was really just a placeholder you can put in whatever you want. What I think happened is Phil got some kind of notice and his brain ran with the worst case scenario which we have seen him do many times. If he was a normal person he could have talked with a friend but he has none so he made a vlog ranting about this crisis that may happen, but now he has calmed down and egging people on to "keep guessing" because he now he sees it as nothing but an overreaction but he won't tell anyone that because it could stop some people giving him pity bucks and he loses whatever credibility he has with his viewers who buy into every emergency.

The exact thing just happened with the copyright strikes. He got an email and the first thing he does is make a vlog about the worst outcome possible because his first instinct is to panic and not think things through. At some point he had to think and know the Atlus strike was about to expire and all would be fine, but he can't tell people that so he just waited it out, collected his $2,000, claimed "victory." and went on vacation.

Also for that you need to have sex, considering all his bitching about how screwed his back is i dont think he can last like 3 minutes without needing oxygen

Or if you want to confirm just imagine poor Pandalee seeing in 4k without glasses his face and doing that weird expressions he do when he is fapping

I had hoped that what I have suggested to Vidar on several occasions about taking a break from being Phil's Norwegian piggy bank would have resonated, but it appears I may have wasted my time. The last few times I stumbled into DSP's stream chat he was giving 3000 bit and 1000 bit cheers, respectively.

Vidar even showed up in freedom chat to white knight Phil. He is totally back on the DarkSydeTrain.

It's going to take awhile for both sides to settle into a new normalcy. People will still laugh at DSP but that doesn't mean they are mortal enemies of his community. In large part, they are still in "those damn SoK spies" mode and they have got to calm down.
Those that actually hate Phil are made fun of just as much on this side as on his fanboys'.

I guess given that he's refusing to talk about it, it lends a lot of credibility to this being a potential reason for the emergency. For sure its not confirmed or anywhere near that, but it's definitely a possibility.

A good compilation of the many times Phil has referred to his YT career as a business.

It would be pretty fitting if Leanna seeking palimony (that she's rightfully deserved) would be the final blow to Phil.

On the one hand its pretty funny.

On the other hand she shacked up with a guy who had super patchy and non-reliable income and did a job that was notoriously risky. She was also a part (at least in some way) of the move half way across the country to a much more expensive area.

She willingly moved to a super expensive area of the country along with her boyfriend/father and possessed no marketable job skills.

She was at the dinner table when they got rid of a BMW car lease and then bought a brand new car in its place (that they seldom use).

It takes two to tango.

Even though she has legal rights, that doesn't make her beyond criticism for her part in this list of bad financial decisions. Which you can also argue lead to huge issues between Phil and Leanna.
