Without even watching the video I'm gonna guess some idiotic rhetoric about it hurts his business and they're being purposely malicious.

Oh no no. It’s much worse.

First video is bitching about dead chat.

Second video is Phil brazenly speeding through dialogue in FOTNS so fast, there wasn’t much purpose in even reading it in the first place. It was talking speed akin to the old Micro Machines guy.

 
Phillip is a strange case of a person being incredibly egotistical and simultaneously incredibly lazy, these conflicting disorders result in him having serious dissonace. His laziness does seem to consistenly win out however as evidenced by his unwillingness to learn, research or experiment to improve his """job""", his appearance and being a shut in amongst other numerous examples. It baffles me how the same person can have such delusions of grandeur, and an ego as large as his.

I just want to point out that it takes about 30 seconds to bind a mute toggle hotkey in OBS, he could make it anything, yet he would instead snort, sniff, belch, fart and blow his nose into his fans ears for a literal decade. How can he be so lazy to not use that? He'd rather be known as a pig infamous for snorting than take the little bit of time to objectively improve his khantent.

He most likely just filed a dispute, much like everyone else on the planet does. It’s not like he picked up the phone and said, “OPERATAH! Get me Sega of Japan on the horn! I’m gonna give these guys a piece’a my mind, see? *SNORT*”

I hope he paid attention to what it was for. Sega has a real life song in Yakuza Kiwami 2 and those get any videos hit with a copyright strike. I haven't played the Fist of the North Star game (yet); but if they did the same, and have some sort of copyrighted music, he's not gonna get that video. That aside, if it's simple the in game video/audio, yeah it can take up to 30 days for the video to be released; but as long as you filed a counter-claim, whatever CPM that video generates will go to whoever Youtube sides with. If he's that confident about it, he should be fine. Yeah it's an annoyance, but he'll get the funds when it clears.
