That's because they're allowed to go there with their children because children need guardians even in a cesspool like the UK. For fuck sacks, when my oldest was nine he understood the series better than this guy.
Fuck I've played it and I think Souls games are some of the worst games ever made and GRR Martin couldn't right a comic strip for a piece of bubblegum.Yeah, but ol' Acer hasn't played it
OH GOD HIS ROOM IS WORSE THEN BEFOREHere is the video of the Elden Ring "debate" split into parts. I like how 8 minutes into it starts to devolve. The sores on his face is apparently he "cut himself while shaving."

A question for any legally-minded Kiwis out there. On a scale of 1-10, how retarded is it to try and order a judge to do something?Acer ran to the appellate court to whine about the mean judge:

Oh, petitions for extraordinary writs. I wouldn't be surprised if something like this actually gets punted before the other side even responds.Acer ran to the appellate court to whine about the mean judge:

Writs (like, for example, writ of mandamus he is asking for) is an extremely extreme remedy. See, for example, The Clorox Company v. The United States District Court for the Northern District of California, 779 F.2d 517 (9th Cir. 1985) ("Mandamus is an extraordinary remedy and one that will be employed only in extreme situations"), or Calderon v. United States District Court for the Northern District of California, 134 F.3d 981 (9th Cir. 1998 ) ("The writs of mandamus and prohibition are drastic remedies, to be used only in extraordinary situations.").A question for any legally-minded Kiwis out there. As /our/ favorite jurist what sort of fun stuff could this judge do to discourage him from attempting his half-baked attempt at an endrun again?Oh, petitions for extraordinary writs. I wouldn't be surprised if something like this actually gets punted before the other side even responds.
It is a thing that can be done. On a scale of 1 to 10 for this filing? 11.
This was filed on the 27th, and despite his threats that he is filing this with the 9th circuit court of appeals, he has yet to do soAcer ran to the appellate court to whine about the mean judge:

This is in California.Acer sure seems hell bent on killing his lawsuit. I guess this is how you "win" in Arkansas.
He's not going to retaliate for filing an "appeal" like this. It isn't really an appeal but a standalone action, but it's transparently obvious he's simply trying to disguise a frivolous interlocutory appeal as another kind of action. Since it's filed in Circuit Court, it would be up to them, but it certainly primes the pump for a vexatious litigant finding throughout the Circuit or even across the entire federal system. As /our/ favorite jurist what sort of fun stuff could this judge do to discourage him from attempting his half-baked attempt at an endrun again?
He lives in Arkansas though doesn't he?This is in California.
I thought you were talking about the lawsuit. My badHe lives in Arkansas though doesn't he?
I feel so teased with how close and yet how far we've been from a cow being declared a vexatious litigant.Since it's filed in Circuit Court, it would be up to them, but it certainly primes the pump for a vexatious litigant finding throughout the Circuit or even across the entire federal system.
