Court doesn't seem to know there are various ways to block an email. Like yes, google will know that an email was sent to that address but they'll also know that the email was blocked. If Stebbin's sends the email through another email address who's to say that's the real Stebbins?

I bet he already knows. If you send an email to a dead account or a nonexistent account, you'll get an automatic response saying your email can't be delivered. He has already filed proof of service. This may be his attempt to get that sweet, sweet default judgement he's been after.

The ZellZander email has been deleted, so turkey man should know. He also sent service to 8 other emails in an attempt to get ZellZander anyways, but he hasn't proven those emails are active and he wasn't given permission by the court to use those emails.

well that "littlebird" has to send a Mail ( not email, old school "mail") to the court and inform them what he does. Who is doing that ? Would be nice, but i think the court will just believe him and take his word since he made an affidavit when he said he served him by mail. Lying to the court by not telling them the email is dead. And i dont see how the court can figure this out by them self if they dont send an email to the same address. Hence i think unless someone actually manages to send a letter to the court he will actually get trough with his lie

My speculation is that Acerthorn believes KiwiFarms is an easy "It will lose this case" thing (Like a ton of lolcows do, badmen can't win cases) so he's likely trying to get ahead of it by shouting "IT WILL FAIL AND THIS IS HOW" with his backwards legal advice so that, if it does fail (which in his mind is "when it fails") he can point to the video to his small clique of friends, puff out his chest and go "HAH SEE TOLD YOU, I AM SMART GUYS!"
