I think this is closest to the truth

Stabby see's the court system as a big slot machine, if he just keeps pulling that lever sooner or later someone will lose and he'll get that big payout that will set his life back to the way it was supposed to be.

Of course 1. chances of Stabby winning those billions he craves are actually less the zero and 2. getting a default judgment against some poor random Joe isn't going to result in the million of dollars raining down as he seems to think.

Really Stabby should go back to trying to bilk trillion from big ass companies, they might just maybe throw some pity bucks his way so he can buy a new shirt. Ah who am I kidding shit ain't going to happen. Stabby will continue to abuse the legal system until the day he dies just because he's a massive asshole.

The other motivation is a psychological sense of power. The court is a cudgel that he uses when things don't go his way.

The rhetoric in nulls "DMCA" matches the letter he sent that university after they kicked him out for threatening a mass shooting. In both cases, he is belittling and commanding them in what to do, and his vengeance will be swift if you don't do it. There is no appeal to the reader, just demands, because YOU wronged HIM.

I read it as a trap goading Null into posting it so Acer can, in his own mind, have a reason to sue.
"Here's my DMCA takedown, don't you dare post it. Be a good boy. Be a good little faggot bitch and don't post it. I'm putting my name and address here because you don't have the balls."

I think this is one of Acer's 200 IQ gambits on par with "I sent you a dollar, now you have to send it back within 24 hours or you owe me 7 gazillion dollars no takebacksies."

I don't know anything about the court system, or DMCA takedowns. Why is null not supposed to post it? How can a court force a person to not share their own mail/emails they've received?

There's nothing stopping Null from posting a DMCA. You can sue for anything for any amount, that doesn't mean you'll win. Or it won't get laughed out of the court.

This still boggles my mind

You get kicked out of university for making threats to do a mass shooting. You get rejected from every organization set up to help retards like you and despite everything, all you've done and said your Father, the man who raised you agrees to let you come back home for a while to get back on your feet. An act of kindness.

Now you being a litigious prick make your Dad sign a contract for the privilege of paying for your food, your housing and your clothes and him being your Dad see's this is how you deal with things so he agrees.

Ok so one day your internets get a little slow, so naturally your response is to go down stairs and STAB YOUR ELDERLY FATHER IN THE FACE WITH A KNIFE. Then after the cops haul you away for, you know attacking someone with a weapon, the first act you do once you get out of jail is...to sue your father for 5 million dollars for breaking the CONTRACT he's signed allowing you to stay in his home he tells you not to come back.
