Does he have brain damage from all the salt from the hotdogs? Does he drink the hotdog water, too?

He IS mentally unwell. He has, aspergers, intermittent Explosive Disorder, and undiagnosed schizophrenia (he thinks all of his failures are due to Federal Government trying to stop him from taking over America)Does he have brain damage
If he eats as many hotdogs as he does and drinks the liquid from their packaging then he might’ve made himself more retarded. I used to volunteer for an organization that helped people who had children (kids and adults) with developmental disabilities (Downies and spinal conditions mostly). One person was initially high functioning, but would do shit like drink water from hot dog packaging or drink water from near empty Barbecue/ Hot sauce bottles to and I quote “get his money’s worth”. He got dehydrated enough where I think he legit had to be hospitalized and had brain damage on top of being a Downie. He IS mentally unwell. He has, aspergers, intermittent Explosive Disorder, and undiagnosed schizophrenia (he thinks all of his failures are do to Federal Government trying to stop him from taking over America)
Expenses? lolololololDoes Acerthorn not know how expensive lawsuits are? Is he not aware of how many Hot Dogs he could buy instead, and gobble down his throat raw while sounding like a Turkey being strangled?!
10th Circuit only.I have a question for the legal minded Kiwis.
When the 10th Circuit decided to fuck up 20 years of case law, did that only apply to the 10th Circuit or does the decision apply nation wide? I ask because the address the hot dog gobbler listed on the DMCA puts him in the 8th Circuit.
Made himself retarded? You can't make yourself something you already are. If anything Stebbins is a double retard, a rare subspecies of tard.he might’ve made himself for retarded
The lower courts within the 10th Circuit are obligated to follow its command. The sister circuits, and their lower courts don't have to, but may consider its ruling persuasive authority.
I like to imagine he's making a six hour Youtube video about how he's going to net a ten trillion dollar lolsuit against Null before running off to the courthouse to get his vexatious shit slapped by a judge.10th Circuit only.
I think it's even less well thought out than you're suggesting.I read it as a trap goading Null into posting it so Acer can, in his own mind, have a reason to sue.
"Here's my DMCA takedown, don't you dare post it. Be a good boy. Be a good little faggot bitch and don't post it. I'm putting my name and address here because you don't have the balls."
I think this is one of Acer's 200 IQ gambits on par with "I sent you a dollar, now you have to send it back within 24 hours or you owe me 7 gazillion dollars no takebacksies."
I was about to say. Fatrick is a bitch who would run (waddle) away from any sort of physical confrontation and Shane only gets stabbed. With butter knives, up his asshole. But 'internet tough guy' is a sarcastic term. Besides, stabbing someone in the face is more than most of the ITG roster has done.
He could not conceive that Null might actually approve the DMCA, and then also fucking post it, the one thing which doesn't leave Stebs any legal leg to sue on.![]()
From the lawsuit OPand not because Greer managed to never actually send a link to the infringing content or fill out the form remotely correctly.
Unlike the original DMCA notification, this complied with the relevant requirements by supplying URLs where the allegedly infringing material, which were URLs to posts containing the link to a Google Drive, and the song "I Don't Get You Taylor Swift."
Moon stated that he did not intend to comply with the notification, citing fair use and other considerations.
On September 16, 2020, Greer filed a lawsuit against Moon, captioned Greer v. Moon, No. 20-cv-00647 (D. Utah Sep. 16, 2020).
From the lawsuit OP
I'm remembering from an old MATI so Null must have been talking about the first notification at that time. My bad.Unlike the original DMCA notification, this complied with the relevant requirements by supplying URLs where the allegedly infringing material,
He has been severely limited in that regard in several states nowThe fact that this guy hasn't been banned from filing lawsuits by now is insane.
Yeah, but he stabbed an old man.But 'internet tough guy' is a sarcastic term. Besides, stabbing someone in the face is more than most of the ITG roster has done.
Just file all of the legal documents that declare him as the Emperor. I'm sure that will work.undiagnosed schizophrenia (he thinks all of his failures are due to Federal Government trying to stop him from taking over America)
