If he eats as many hotdogs as he does and drinks the liquid from their packaging then he might’ve made himself more retarded. I used to volunteer for an organization that helped people who had children (kids and adults) with developmental disabilities (Downies and spinal conditions mostly). So proceeding from false assumption number 1, he then concocts the trap, thinking to himself "he'll definitely post the notice and not take down my video, and I can sue for a billion dollars!".

He could not conceive that Null might actually approve the DMCA, and then also fucking post it, the one thing which doesn't leave Stebs any legal leg to sue on.
