... Okay, I'm just going to ask: Did this idiot really manage to convince another idiot to fly to Israel in an attempt to rescue Tupac?
well that is the current consensus. however he had other 'objectives' on his 'mission'. one was to assassinate the (ex?) prime minister and the other was to get 'intel' on the gamerfood operation that is clearly taking place there.

Well, looks like Chris now has some serious competition for the Dumbest Person on the Internet award.

Oh, this far surpassed Chris in terms of stupidity the moment Eli boarded the flight to Israel...
I'm still on the fence about it; Chris has come up with some stupid stuff, he's just too lazy to follow through.

Odd that a group that consists of SpEds from MA and a bunch of trolls has had a civil war and now a schism and possible civil war. I mean Deagle Nation isn't even really real.

I think Jace has been challenging Chris' title for quite a while now. I mean, Chris is Our Pet Lolcow and needs no explanation, but Jace is completely confident in what he's doing.
I don't think Chris has ever actually hurt anyone, he's always just made vague empty threats that always ended in him playing on his 3DS and forgetting about everything. Jace has always seems like the type who would genuinely murder someone if he wasn't so damn incompetent. Now, that he's got someone to go into a notoriously dangerous warzone to carry out a mission (that is impossible to complete), he's shown just how sadistic he can be if he has the chance.

He has shown his darker more calculating side that gets a rush from power, even if it is only one dumb stoner. Jace certainly will end up getting someone hurt if he continues with his Stryker persona. Chris go angry and made idol threats but he always backed down, I could see alternate Jace being to stubborn to and getting into a real fight.

The thing that really sets Jace apart from Chris is that somehow he has found other people who actually trust him. The closest thing Chris had to that was his parents. In their case, their delusions can be justified by convenience (things that negatively affected Chris negatively affected them, expecting free babysitting from various retailers, etc.). There's also the factor of "I have to live with this asshole and maybe he'll shut up if I go along with it."

Jace's friends have the freedom to walk away from the whole thing. They're not blood relatives and they have no stake in his conspiracies. They've known each other for long enough to see exactly how well Jace's plans work out. That's what's so mind boggling about it. Not that there's one crazy delusional person out there, but that he has managed to find multiple people in his local area who repeatedly buy into his shit to the point that someone will literally risk his life in the middle east for the promise of an XBone that he'll probably never get. That's what surprises me about the whole thing. Not that someone can be as crazy as him, but that he can find people IRL who will go along with his crazy.

Now if this whole thing is a :ruse: it would restore some of my faith in humanity...:heart-empty::heart-full:

Hopefully himself.

The must be something in the water…

But seriously, open up one of the driving videos and take a good look at where these idiots live: affluent, white, New England, semi-rural, minivan (and Land Rover and Volvo station wagon¹) suburbia. These kids have never suffered hardship or hunger or fear or any such distressing things. They haven't even had to do much hard thinking in their short, soft, self centered lives. They are the epitome of sheltered. So it's no wonder they try to fill their uneventful, meaningless lives with foolish fantasies and have no real concept of any consequences for their actions.

Now that's not to say everyone who lives there is also stupid, naïve, and selfish like what Jace is. Doubtless Jace and his adult créche mates are only a small percentage of the population. However the more sensible people in the environs are just that: sensible enough to avoid them. And without much interaction with normal, rational people is it any wonder the fools flock together?

¹ No offense to any Volvo owners. They are fantastic vehicles. It's just that they are also very, very safe.
