That Hitler cosplay was so unexpected, lmao. I love the little cross necklace, nice touch.

I had tried to find a way to work it into the OP more...gracefully, but then decided to just let it happen. It's easily one of her "best" moments (along with her trying to justify it). That Hitler cosplay was so unexpected, lmao. I love the little cross necklace, nice touch.
Her reasoning is funny because if her grandma was in the holocaust wouldn't it be even more offensive because Hitler's actions affected your immediate family?I had tried to find a way to work it into the OP more...gracefully, but then decided to just let it happen. Seriously! It makes no goddamned sense. Her reasoning is funny because if her grandma was in the holocaust wouldn't it be even more offensive because Hitler's actions affected your immediate family?
Kind of like getting two guys to dress as skyscrapers and dressing up as a plane and running into them to knock them down and saying "It's ok my insert family member died in 9/11!"
It seems possible that the class action suit might actually happen: http://abingtonlaw.com/Lime-Crime-Data-Breach-class-action-lawsuit.htmlI'm wondering how she avoided being sued.
I thought the suit wasn't happening anymore. Great find c:It seems possible that the class action suit might actually happen: http://abingtonlaw.com/Lime-Crime-Data-Breach-class-action-lawsuit.html
I used to follow the Lime Crime drama back in 2011-2012 and I can't believe that the company is still somehow staying afloat despite the endless fuck ups.
It's seriously the most ridiculous thing. Her army of ass-patters go after anybody who has a negative opinion, which doesn't help matters.Haha oh wow, Doe Deere has been my favorite cow for a long time. thanks OP!
I think what's terrifying about her is how successful Lime Crime has become, despite how shitty her business is. She seems to be pretty effective at forcing her reality into existence.
I have a feeling she would have turned out the same way no matter where she lived. (Although I do agree with you, her sister is the perfect picture of sanity compared to Doe.)WTF happened? I'd blame America, but her sister turned out seemingly ok, so I guess it was just her being a fuck up.

Can you blame her? I'd be embarrassed too.I don't know their dynamic but Katya seems emberassed in pictures when Ksusha is all made up like a clown standing next to her.
Aaaah, the boycott. I think the boycott actually got her kicked out of an IMATS. I know she attended one, but I know she was banned from a different one. (I can't remember which ones, sorry.)It's only a matter of time until the next #boycottlimecrime happens. Take any picture on her instagram, you'll find at least one complaint about her products.
I think I mentioned the booting of Doe in the girly stuff thread? I’m not overly optimistic about how the company will do but they have reached out and done interview styled videos with people who had boycotted them in the past.we gonna talk about that bullshit buyout limecrime did that shoved Xenia Vorotova onto the board and out of the CEO position? or nah?

If you do a general google search and try to look up anything about their past snubs, they've all but scrubbed it. I think it's because either because the PR is so old, or because they are turning the new leaf. I personally haven't bought their products nor are looking into it, but I did know about it awhile back. Kind of sad there's not real log of that crap anymore.I think I mentioned the booting of Doe in the girly stuff thread? (apologies, on mobile)
Product wise, I saw the birthday collection and was surprised they did a throwback style thing to the neon years. At least it’s not the same boring drugstore naturals they’ve been churning recently. Haven’t seen alot of reviews for the line, but then again I haven’t been looking either. Wonder if they’ve fixed the lipstick flesh burning problem? The eyeshadows (venus especially) are usually consistently reviewed well, so the palettes are keeping them afloat I’d guess.
Aside from the company’s social media the first non-affiliated result I have is a Racked article about the brand’s comback post-doe. “Lime Crime Controversy” is also in the suggestion searches. I don’t blame them for trying to make people think she no longer exists completely though, given she’d hinder the improvements they seem to want to make.If you do a general google search and try to look up anything about their past snubs, they've all but scrubbed it.
