Lime Crime's Christmas collection is out and honestly it looks boring as fuck, still over priced. Not at all their normal 'edgy e-girl' shit I was expecting. I'll be very pleased if the buyout ends up causing a slow descent into mediocrity for her brand. She deserves to be forgotten. There are better, higher quality, lower priced makeup companies run by honest people out there that deserve her fame.

ETA: I've used many semi permanent hair dyes in my day and I've seen TERRIBLE reviews for her brand's dye. Surprise surprise, over priced and shit quality. I wouldn't touch the stuff with a 10 foot pole.

I forget all about Lime Crime unless I bump into it, like when I saw this Polly Pocket looking palette at Marshalls. Marshalls/TJMaxx makeup is notoriously disgusting from everyone putting their grimy fingers in it, but this one was left completely intact. Same with all but one of the Velvetines I've seen there. Kat Von D makeup is broken into more there.

I'm also surprised that the hair dye actually came out. Seemed like that was in development hell for years.

It's sold in Walmart and Ulta. Marshalls and TJ Maxx is where unsold makeup goes to die at a fraction of the cost.
