Chris certainly is obsessed with women. He also certainly fetishizes them and wants to become one. But does he really respect women?

His ideal woman is someone who has sex with him, bears him children and supports him like a parent would. But does he even really care about her wants and needs?

Is Chris just the worst when it comes to respecting women? Or is there another side to him that we don't see?

No. But not in a misogynistic "I don't respect them BECAUSE they are women" way.

His poor/no theory of mind means he doesn't respect ANYONE.

To respect someone you need to acknowledge the life they've lived and the choices they make. In Chris's mind everyone is just a static NPC.
 
Are you kidding? We have almost a solid decade of evidence that he doesn't respect anyone. Half the threads on this forum are about how generally disrespectful he is.

This is the same person who declared that he would whip out and use his pepper spray on someone in order to force them to respect him. Chris may think he does, but he's never once respected a woman who wasn't his mother.
 
Most of the women he's encountered have said get the hell away and..shocker.. He got closer, that is basically his relationship with women who are not Barb, non-white, special needs, or trans. This was the same guy who had a conversation with a young girl in a muscle bra...no matter how much he likes women they're still toys ready for objectification and exploitation.
