Well I mean, there's not much to dig about him. Everyone knows he's an insufferable degenerate who plays the black/gay/furry card whenever he can, it doesn't get deeper than that. The only way he'll gain (momentary) attention is if he does something fucked up (like Kero), but then again people will eventually forget about him because he's really not interesting.

If a balance patch completely ruins your primary strategy, chances are everyone else in the game was abusing some broken mechanic too. I'm sure it was totally because his strategy was ruined and not because he'd be knocked out in the playoffs again.

The line between tolerance and bigotry is becoming blurred much quicker with that new Harry Potter game being out, and I'm sure that relevancy is going to hit Sonic Fox really hard. I haven't thought about him since Skullgirls was at EVO.

Which, that sounds just about right for him. Only really relevant when he wins something. And yeah, that could go for other champions, but you don't have them going on and on about how they won like Phil Fish did when winning an award. People will remember the person, and their fights, which is why I believe that SonicFox can't compare to Mango getting Super Smash Bros. Melee champion at EVO in 2013 and 2014 , Justin Wong vs ChrisG in Marvel 3 in those same years, and even Noah, the prodigy, among so many others. They are events that are still talked about to this day. SonicFox is going to go down in history on the same level as Noelle Brown who assaulted women at venues and inevitably got banned from Capcom events after touching a woman inappropriately at the end of a stream, and Low Tier God, who talks a lot of shit but can't take a hit in the game and in real life, and even Mike Ross, who god bless his soul realized too late people didn't like him for him, but liked him for being the butt of everyone's jokes. SonicFox is going to be remembered as the guy who did nothing but play zoner/unga characters, the guy who had a Glass Joe record against SMUG after saying he would play "until you beg for mercy" (and in the same stream after being praised by SMUG got upset after he didn't use they/them pronouns), and the guy who won by swapping player positions.
