That probably has to do with the tone of the game being more lighthearted so it doesn't have the excuse of Changed being "ACHTUALLY A POST APOCALYPTIC SURVIVAL STORY!!!". It's a side scroller too so EPI channels can't try to peddle it as being "JUST LIKE UNDERTALE!!!" what with Changed being a top down game and all.
