Elliot Page / Ellen Page - Former actress, starred in Juno. Turned into a pooner and divorced her wife because being a lesbian was not boosting her career anymore. Receives a daily dose of asspatting from Hollywood. Likes to show off her "male" body using fake abdominals.

Little late but every pooner talks about wanting to stand to pee as a sign that they are male because it’s universal. As soon as girls learn that boys stand to pee they start wishing they could stand to pee. Its much more convenient than sitting down.

They’re too narcissistic/autistic to realize that’s a normal thing and not poonerisn
If you don't want your buttocks to be irritated by wild nettles then you're trans . Time to crack the egg :tomgirl:

Male roles Ellen could play now in major big-budget films
Horror: A young boy locked in a dark cellar from birth and raised on nothing but jerky made from human flesh
Fantasy: Golem type creature, obviously
Science fiction: First human man born and raised on another planet, showing the deficiencies of going without normal gravity, healthy food, human biorhythms etc for 50 years
Comedy: A remake of "Twins" with Arnold Schwarzenegger & Danny DeVito, but now it's John Hamm & Ellen (and the reason his twin is so mutated is because it's actually a sequel to any of the above films)

Chapter 4, we see more in-depth on Ellen's disturbed childhood, the beginning is kind of boring so to fill some holes in the narration, Ellen moves in to a new neighborhood when she was eight. For some reason she talks about "Me and my mom", with no mentions about his father. Boy, I wonder why.

She retells some memories about playing action figures with her mom in the bath.

And also she seems retelling of having a crush on the girl of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. It seems a bit off and when retelling childhood memories, but again, maybe it's just me.

If you never seen this movie before, this is Amy Szalinski, interpreted by actress, Amy O'neill.

This seems like a wholesome childhood crush, I'm sure this is just sweet and not very creepy at all- Oh...

She seems to think big on her mother, it seems that she likes her way more than her father. I'm starting to think that the buddhist cult deranged shit it's not going to be touched as a topic in this book.

Again she starts with the deranged thoughts whenever a dress is mentioned, she gets rabies just by thinking on one.

1711082995321.png

And basically admits that she's a spoiled brat and the mother was an enabler. She grew to be a tomboy, always masculine.

Here she starts with the rambling about how unfair everything was for her and her mother putting her limits was just the worst thing ever, and then she goes full "we live in a society" for about two sentences.

And then she ends the chapter talking about memories with her mother. Actually I found these memories pretty sweet, considering of course if they did actually happen or was just a way to put her mother on a pedestal, because oh boy considering how things turned out it is difficult to me to believe that some of these things even happened in the first place. But if it did happened, I find it very sweet and at the same time very tragic, considering how this little girl turned out to be later in life.

Reading this made me feel just a very slight feeling of empathy for her, but not for the reasons she was probably looking for. But because of how corrupted her innocence would be in a few years that dragged her down to this path of degeneracy and troonism, embracing a corrupt figure of herself that is almost unrecognizable at this point. Little girl Ellen would probably be horrified if she looked at modern-day Ellen. The more I dive into this the more it feels like a tragedy story, more like an empowering one.

Apparently Ellen attended a school board meeting to try to make sure boys can play on the girls' team. The board voted against that.

She was there with ACLU's Kate/Chase Strangio but didn't speak.

She may not even want an acting career anymore and just wants to be an activist who doesn't have to engineer opportunities to cry about racism and discrimination anymore. That's such a downer in Hollywood, but she can get the same attention very easily in activist circles.

Yep. Called it. She's going to make dumb troon-centric movies nobody cares about but mostly become a professional activist, where she can be the most famous person in the room again.

Church visit? Maybe she's changing the story so it fits the classic narrative of "conservative bigoted Christian family", or maybe I misinterpreted to whole Buddhist thing and she just went to a weird Buddhist cult school but they weren't Buddhist.

So, if I have this right, she was kissing at least one boy in unsupervised play when she was still young enough for McDonalds toys and games with her mother in the bath? And then she tried to grope a female friend, which was rejected. And so on. Just story after story of childhood through the lens of adult sexuality.

She kinda makes herself sound like a born sex pest, tbh.

Maybe it's the first, consider that Ellen is an unreliable narrator, you should take with a grain of salt whatever she says, it may be that anything that she says in the book is true or heavily edited of what happened in reality.

I think she kissed that boy called Justin when she was in high school. These childhood memories with her mother was when she was eight. But the main issue you're telling is correct, for some reason she decides to write some of their young memories with some kind of lust in them, it doesn't feel right telling them in those contexts.

@blue gopher snakes I haven't read the book but a lot of reviews complained it jumps suddenly between times and places without explanation, making it really hard to follow when and where events happen relative to each other. Sounds a bit schizo to me.
I read Pageboy when it first came out, i.e. when it became available to download for free on shadow library websites.

Timeline/structure-wise it's one of the worst books I've ever read. One second she'll be talking about some memory from when she was a kid, then it cuts to her being trans and loving to "have someone fucking my dick and my pussy" (real quote), then she's a kid again except slightly older, and then she's an adult again but pre-poon, and so on and so forth. There was never a coherent red thread/theme which would justify this absolute clusterfuck of a non-linear narrative. If you ask Ellen, this was a conscious move on her part because (quote from the book itself):
These memories shape a nonlinear narrative, because queerness is intrinsically nonlinear, journeys that bend and wind. Two steps forward, one step back. I’ve spent much of my life chipping away toward the truth, while terrified to cause a collapse. This is reflected on the page intentionally. In many ways, this book is the story of my untangling.
However, in reality it's more likely that her crippling trans-schizoism makes her unable to put together a coherently structured autobiographical narrative and that her editor is a hack who didn't dare to tardwrangle her.

Edit: I forgot to mention that in the chapter where Ellen finally talks about her ex-wife she keeps referring to her as they/them throughout the whole chapter. There are no signs anywhere on any social media accounts or newspaper articles that Emma Portner has become an enby, which makes me think that the they/them:ing is a way for Ellen to get back at her for [insert divorce/troon related reason here]

I also thought that was when she was a lot younger, and was wondering if it was acting out because of sexual abuse. A weird culty religious school would be the place for it. But if she was older then yeah maybe she was just an inappropriate kid.

"fucking my dick and pussy". Is there a GPT that can parse that? Any farmers? She doesn't have a cock puppet does she?

She's talking about her clit. A lot of pooners call it their "dick" (whether or not it's been roided out into a "T" dick) to try and sound more "manly"
