We have to redirect the corruption in order to save the nation. And his collateral for his loans on X, which is his TSLA stock. He's highly leveraged for the world's most wealthy man.

There's been some rumblings that the board of TSLA is not happy. No new refresh other than Cyber Truck (currently selling at 1/5 of Musk's projections) in 6 years and flat stock price the last 3 will do that. Just on an "are you doing a good job as CEO" basis Elon is objectively not. Having the US government throw him a lifeline is some pathetic shit for a guy that styles himself as a master of all trades asskicker.

There's been some rumblings that the board of TSLA is not happy.

I have heard from one of my more financially connected acquaintances that they're not pleased with Elon's chronic CEO absenteeism. He's fucking around with political shit instead of pretending to run his 4 other companies. His bet was if TSLA goes below $180 within the next calendar year they'll consider a shareholder revolt and depose Musk as Tesla CEO. Emphasis on "bet" - it may not happen at all. Or maybe they'll throw him out anyway for being chronically absent.

One of the biggest bottlenecks with alt energy (wind/solar) has been energy storage at scale. With India supposedly looking to go solar along with many other countries; they are gonna need a storage solution to make it viable. I remember the 90s when lithium batteries were "promising but too costly to mass produce". Early laptops usually had Nickel Cadmium batteries which were awful, or NIMH which were better but more expensive. Then Sony invented a machine that could print Li-ion electrodes and separators at newspaper-press speed. Within 10 years lithium 18650s were cheap enough to build into electric cars.
"It's not the paper clip, it's the machine that makes the paper clips". The technology has to align itself in just the right way. PS: Musk did NOT found Tesla and knows almost nothing about lithium battery manufacturing. He just takes credit for it.
