Redditors will clearly gleefully conduct themselves in a manner they regularly castigate other communities for - provided its directed at a target they deem appropriate. Not at all an original take, I admit.

The correct response to any CPS visit is always "may I see your warrant?" followed by "go away until you have one." Then clean up your house top-to-bottom as though the virgin Mary was coming to dinner (while the faggots get their warrant) so that when they come back with their paperwork and their attitude, there won't be jack shit for them to bellyache about.

Even though they can take actions that have the same level of dire consequences on your life as criminal law proceedings can. But if you get charged with a crime, you get your day in court, you get to present evidence, go through discovery. Not with CPS cases. You are fighting for your life with your hands tied behind your back, legally.
