I'm not a lawyer but it looks like because of the way he did this it wouldn't change streaming at all in the long term (short term people be scares.) Everything in his lawsuit already exists in law, had he filed his suit without registering it then went to court and won we'd be looking at something different. There's very few streamers/youtubers that go to length he did to sue them in the first place and anyone who does after this will probably get massively shit on.
