I think my favorite part of this whole lawsuit is the variations of "That’s not fair" all over the place. It's like people forget that the objective in a fight isn't being fair - it's winning. Why should Ethan care if he's getting revenge on people like Denims via copyright, instead of defamation when the result is exactly the same (revenge) via an easier method (significantly easier to prove copyright infringement by retards than any kind of defamation case).

It's like people have forgotten that courtesy and honor systems are for people who follow the same standards, and that Ethan, smarmy as he is, is getting his revenge via the actual rules. The strategy is smart - use the easiest method to take out the dumbest people, and get information to get bigger targets (the reddit mods).

Just as speculation, since the reddit mods are involved, if the become subject to discovery and any of them were coordinating with Hasan...that would be Ethan's Hanukkah gelt.

That's what I alluded to as well. The shipper scammed the company. Though my theories were based on the amount of knowledge I had at the time such as a chargeback or cancelling the card (Revolut allows the user to make disposable cards) after a recurring payment was set up.

I won't bother arguing with anyone because clearly it'll get no where. I'll wait until someone contacts or subpoenas the skull company. The CPS shit already went from "it never happened" to "he deserved it because it was legitimate from concerned people".
