Rekeita has stated multiple times that he just doesn't pay attention to Ralph and jabbed at him when he was on that stream with Null the other day. Stein went on Fishtank and brought up the gunt before Frank Hassle shut it down because he didn't want to talk about the pig man, likely because Ralph ruins everything.

Way to squash those beefs pig boy.

I would in all honesty, like to see Ralph succeed and recover from all of his vices. I know he won't because he has no will power. Don't apologize to certain people is a cope that Ralph can't let go of certain grudges (Null for the corn joke and giving a whole board related to the Gunt and Daddy Jim for making fun of him, Vickers for all of the legal problems, gator for abandoning him.) If you are truly remorseful of your actions, you'll apologize, if they don't forgive you, that's on them, but I'm not a tradcath larper, so what do I know about forgiveness, I'm a filthy protestant baptist.

Would @Null forgive him if he apologized to him?
doubtful, Null doesn't seem to enjoy being called a pedo. It's odd I know, but when someone tells tens of thousands of people you're a pedo you should be able to forget about it because they're pretending to be sober now.

How would Ralph even turn things around though? He'd definitely have to manage expectations because he's so thoroughly fucked to earn a fairytale turnaround. Anything less would require Ralph to accept that some things can't be undone, which is not a trait of his.

I'd be all for a good ending, but I don't see that happening without massive changes. More massive than this retarded "I'm sober now and everything is good" spiel he's trying to sell.

"They hit me pretty hard in return. In both examples, though, the original feuds started from professional disagreements. However petty those original problems were, they weren’t based in personal disdain."

Pretty sure the professional disagreement was Nick laughing at you shitting your pants on your show.

the way in which he vacillates his narration of events between "i" and the hypothetical "you" is interesting. he uses "i" to describe his own actions, while he uses "you" to project his own fears and frustrations onto the reader. all that this communicates is his desperate need for validation and sympathy.

However petty those original problems were, they weren’t based in personal disdain.

i dunno ... this looks like personal disdain to me:

I went down the path of weakness. Look at my history and experience.

this might be the most honest thing that the ragepig has ever written.

First impressions were that he didn’t apologize and more importantly, make amends with the Horses family. Ralph blamed it all on the xaniberries. It’s interesting because it’s obvious that this is what will cost him his wife and daughter. I’ll go ahead and say it plain, as I highly doubt the Gunt would ever humble himself enough to make amends in a meaningful way, so it’s not like I’m helping him. If this inadvertently does help, then I’m also okay with that, as it would mean growth of being a better man pig, and if the Ralphamale was able to do this, he wouldn’t be stuck here anyway. He is expecting to blow right over the damage he committed towards Amanda’s family, using the Xanax excuse. That’s exactly what it is, an excuse. Someone upthread said he acts like a teen, emotionally frozen at age 17, and this behavior is the biggest proof of that. It’s also strong evidence that he isn’t attending meetings anymore, as they go hard on taking real accountability, making amends, not using the drugs of choice as a cope, pawning off responsibility. Simply put, it’s clear Gunt isn’t taking ownership of his BS, he’s blaming the drugs. That’s never good enough when your wife & kid are staying with the family, all of whom you hurt and you claim “I’m not gonna go into it too deep, I hurt them, I regret it, it was the drugs.” That’s the laziest bullshit you can pull. You have to say that you were riding an ego trip, going hard on all perceived enemies, and stupidly made enemies of your in-laws, you are sorry, and regret it, and you have to mean it. Only then would he really have a chance. It’s clear this is a love letter to try and gain his horse n foal back, and he didn’t even bring A game. Total Ralphamale.

he’s blaming the drugs
He's blamed the drugs and alogs since the beginning. It's the "crazy actual pedophiles who want him dead and in jail" who made him make bad decisions. Not his lack of self confidence, fragile manhood, thin skin, and retarded stunted emotional problems that made him rely on a crutch since a teenager. As he said "He needs Xanax just to participate in life". Weird that it's all the alogs fault when he was getting arrested for being fucked up in public, driving drunk, driving without a license, and abusing his girlfriend when he wasn't even known to the internet a decade ago.

I initially was for a good ending as well but not really anymore. Despite being “sober” Ralph has proven that he is as vindictive and awful as ever and will fuck with people and their families because they hurt his feelings. He has learned absolutely nothing from his past mistakes as well.

Bring on the bad ending.

There is almost no substance to it, so I won't bother stating the obvious. Nobody cares if you apologize, they don't owe you anything in return.

This quote is more interesting to me. I am pretty sure that if he was actually sober, he would be counting days.

And that's not only because it's an achievement. It's because it's torture. Getting sober is a day at a time type of thing. You feel every single day pass slower than others, you crave every day. There is no fucking way you round it up barely a month in.
With as much Mexican Xanax as Ralph was popping on the constant there is no way he is *actually* sober. A person can't decide to just suddenly quit benzos as it can lead to life-threatening seizures. If anything he might be taking less, but he would absolutely need to be tapering off of the benzos, there is no other option, so he is definitely taking at least some.

I agree, he's in too deep at this point. He's too temperamental to let it go once he's apologized. When someone doesn't accept his apology he'll go to hollerin' and write passive aggressively in his blog, which defeats the purpose of the apology completely. If he could learn to completely let go, if they don't accept his apology, that's their perogative.

Would @Null forgive him if he apologized to him?
The problem is that Ralph's version of forgiveness isn't just shaking hands and dropping open hostilities. He wants the same deal Jim was giving him before where he would hold back on Ralph out of professional courtesy. In Josh's case, Ralph would probably expect him to act as his personal janny on the forums.

Ralph, doesn't want to mend relationships. He's trying to rebuild his list of people he can hit up for favors.

Poorly written. Poorly implemented. Tons of ads.

Truly the pinnacle of real journalism.
Honestly with how much of a faggot he is I'm surprised Vice hasn't tried to hire him. He likely has the same life expectancy as their company does at this point, he'd fit right in.
