as a Christian, I don't have a problem letting atheist believing what they believe in. However, I do have a problem when they bash Christians for every god damn thing under the sun. they blame Christians for not believing homosexuality is good. they also put every Christian as a science denier bible-thumping bigot. like wtf, your being the exact fanatic as the Christians. in youtube too, there is a huge atheist circlejerk with secular talk, armoured skeptic, the amazing atheist, etc. they won't shut the fuck up about Christianity. what they should be worrying about is islam and its growing influence in the western world. that is what I call a hateful religion.

Actually the bible's been edited a great deal in its history. Truth be told history of the books which make the bible itself is far more of a challange to faith in the book than anything the fedora tippers can shit out.

Because outlawing religion totally isn't a gross human rights violation and won't make people cling even more tightly to their faiths.

As opposed to imaginary soap boxes and safe spaces so that everyone can feel like they're doing something beneficial to mankind.

I highly doubt anyone whose spirit animal is 'fedora' can see the issues with religion being banned. I couldn't care less if you're atheist, Buddhist, Christian, or one of Sonichu's 12 Electric Apostles. Fuck it, believe what you want.

Outlawing a religion would not only be a gross human rights violation, it would literally cause a lot of people to go up in arms because what they believe in is literally being made illegal just because some random idiot thinks that 2016 should mean we should be far above that. If religion is to be outlawed, congratulations, you have a shit ton of the world population arrested for not sharing the same beliefs as you. That's just as exceptional as the radical Christians thinking pagans will kill all Christians.

Not to mention, just in the US, you would be giving fuel to all of the radical Christian groups that think they're being persecuted already.
