Pretty cool that the LCF managed to get way more recent photos from a single pooner pic from years ago. Now we know how she looks detransed, such a skinny loli, a face of a woman that only eats one chocolate bar per day!
The article where they found the first image managed to be of great relevance too, as some french anons identified she's enrolled with the radical leftist party la France insoumise, apparently know for some controversies such as charges of domestic violence. In LCF, anons always try to find connections between Fanny's personal work and Limerence. Now, after reading her manic pixie dad tell how valid she would be if she turned out to be a femboy twink, doesn't these comics mirror perfectly in the opposite way? Dad's the based one, even if he says transsexual instead of transgender, but her mother is hold to a higher level of scrutiny if she doesn't get what's the difference between trans man and trans woman. Maybe in some spiteful ways Van is based on her mother too?

Sorry to ninja you, but thank you for sharing more anyway! Fanny has discussed in her server that she is a political activist, so seeing photographic proof that she's not just a couch potato crusader is interesting.

In regards to whether Van (Comic!Dad for those who didn't read them) is inspired partially by her mother, I'm more of the opinion that she has a bone-deep hatred for Mama P (and possibly, by extension, her sisters) and that Limerence is more just an indulgence into a world she wishes existed: one where she's the cute and talented girl, and her accomplished and attractive sisters and mother are either dead or non-existent. She doesn't talk much about her dad, so it's hard to say whether she harbored a cataclysmic territorialism towards him or if she was so distant from him that she got a weird psychosexual hangup about him dying so early in her life.

Anyway, I'll have some extra free time this weekend, so I was thinking I might write out a full-fledged Fanny Timeline to serve as an easy reference for those newly introduced to her since she can be tricky to follow if you haven't been watching her LCF threads. @lolcow yoghurt Let me know if that's something you would be open to; I'd hate to step on your toes.

It's fine Pickle! We're companions sharing the suffering of thumbnailing all those pictures for everyone else's enjoyment. 100% agreed her comic style is so bad, it looks like those leftist memes that tries to "educate" too much.

What made me think her mother has more influence in Limerence than she ever would admit was this one specific panel. Emma is often depicted as a quirky, cat-faced woman, whilst Fanny is the voice of reason and argumentation (remember how Van is the political sperg and autistic-coded character?). My wording was wrong, it's not about Emma being Van, but more likely Fanny as an artist looking back at the experiences she had growing up, and while dad wasn't at the scene, what's left was her mother and sisters.

I'm in no way trying to instigate the same conundrum of "Fanny thinks she's Cy or Lynn?", it's just the fact that artists often do write about what they know. In that way, Emma was a caring mother, giving Fanny a place to speak about her trans issues, gifting her presents and even overworking herself to bring a good place for her to live. The problem was that, as any mother from her generation, the brainworms of an exaggeratedly healthy lifestyle muddied her good deeds. To try and fix this, Fanny makes her dead dad some sort of idealized savior, for both her and the rest of the family, not thinking that he himself would have his own ups and downs as a human being if he lived long enough for her to see.
