Been waiting to find a fnaf thread for a hot second, that takes a lot of guts.
Theft King is a fucking basket case if you take the time to do any research into him:
- Has a crippling addiction to Xitter
- Ex heroin junkie, has relapsed multiple times, according to one of his many pity videos, fnaf is what got him off it, somehow.
- Was a computer technician before ditching it to strike it rich as a content creator.
- Actively starts a lot of drama for views and attention (around the time the whole Kane Carter thing took place, he got into shit previously for being an asshole to fangame devs and trying to get them to do interviews with him for the promise of views and attention, one of such cases was a fanverse dev who wanted it pulled as it violated the NDA with Scott, at this time the project was not revealed to be in the fanverse and got dropped.)
- Defended PinkyPills during her drama.
- Broke down doing a Fall Guys stream during the Kane Carter drama, involving him crying and telling Kane to "burn in hell" and actually thought he was a badass while saying it.
- This all coming from a guy in his 30s.

I'm surprised there's no mention of The Pear situation either, which was probably bigger than the drama with Phisnom or Kane Carter/Theft King. This involved Ramenov (Developer of Jrs.), Ultranite (Lead on Chompers) and Mechlus (Developer of Project Readjusted) who would use their connections within the community and especially in fanverse projects to gather information on what was being developed, then leak it on /v/, as if anyone on /v/ would actually give a shit about what people making fnaf fangames were doing. Ramenov also plagiarized assets from POPGOES: Evergreen in Jrs. POPGOES: Evergreen, Chomper's (which Ultranite included in order to throw suspicion from himself) and fake leaks from Fnaf Plus were acquired among other fangames. They also collected information from Scott's personal facebook as well as his wife, including their wedding photos. The chat lasted for half a year before an anon on Xwitter leaked the entire operation, which had the effect of dropping a nuke on the community. The fallout from this would start the Theft King/Kane Carter drama as Theft has either fence sat or glazed The Pear members and games developed by the members of the chat. Ultranite vanished overnight, Ramenov finished Jrs before ditching and iirc Mechlus is somehow still active in the community or was, he would constantly reaffirm his denial of being a member of the chat.
The fnaf community has always been on my personal community watch due to how volatile of a powder keg it is, I actually have contact with some high or previously large figures in the community, including Phisnom, who I believe occasionally browses the farms.
I'll just drop one more thing: Check out Grizzly's by Lester Tellez. Has to be one of the most unhinged things to come from the community and it is absolutely golden. Lester himself is also a complete whack job who I've had the pleasure of talking to.
