I don't think management can rein Pippa in if they tried, her gremlin brain has a tendency to blurt things out without thinking. In my opinion, as a smaller agency they'd be smarter to let their talents have more leeway. People don't go to these smaller channels to get a carbon copy of Hololive, and with Coco in the metaphorical rear-view mirror people are understandably a little salty about meddling helicopter managers right now.

Worth noting, also, that her viewership right now as Pippa isn't really much higher than it was as Yuni. Phase Connect seems cool, I've enjoyed watching Tenma since her collab with Pippa, but I hope they don't bomb it.
