There's seriously people who had that attitude with Nina of all people? Next you're going to tell me someone out there has that mentality with Projekt Melody.

Also, got a clip for Deron on that? This is also the first time i've heard of unicorn in this context. Only slang I know for that is some convenient FWB for a couple.

Or, it's because they want a clear distinction between real life and vtubers. Nah, couldn't be because of such an uncynical and boring explanation. Vtubers are great precisely because they're so good at keeping the real life stuff out, which is a much needed escapism for some of us in a world that has gone completely insane in more ways than one. I'm not interested in their sex life the same way I'm not interested in their political views.

But can you see? We have to own those virgins weebs who thought VTuber is a escapism. Forget about one of the greatest benefit of being a VTuber, we have to show everything about us to the rest of the world just like the traditional streamers are
By the way, this is old news, but Fubuki said that she, Korone, Miko, and Laplus were invited to the advanced screening of the Spiderman movie (they got it late, the poor japs). The inclusion of Yamada surprised me though, considering HoloX was quite new. Considering their explosive success, however, I can see Cover trying to push HoloX more and more for brand and sponsorship deals, just like HoloFantasy is

Crazy idea I just had, I know really big brain: How about a middle ground where one doesn't parade around how much sex they had last night, and on the otherside the audience acknowledges that there isn't virgin mary behind the pretty picture but a human beeing?
Also, I can really recommend the currently singing rat.

I think for unicorns it's a little more than keeping it out of their content. Like, a unicorn would hate, or at least stop watching, Mumei once they found out she has a boyfriend IRL, whereas you (presumably) wouldn't.
