I don't think Nux had a responsibility to not drop the story and a company asking a compromising story to not be released because they are working to take the person down is suspect. But I tend to be an information wants to be free sort of guy.

Its not really about "responsibility", but about following the expectations that the community they want to belong to follow. I don't know wtf goes on in YouTube, but in the Twitch streaming community, which is mostly what VShoujo belong to, you never ever talk about or bring attention to swatting, even after you "solve" it.
What people usually believe surrounding that is that any kind of talk about swatting happening encourages more, since theres no way for the swatter to ever know if its working unless the victim talks about it.
Thats why they are going nuclear on Nux and why it was dumb as fuck for him to try to come out as the hero of the situation if he wanted to keep that bridge.

You can believe that all of that is dumb shit, but thats kind of whats going on from their PoV.

They were forced to. Look at it in VShoujo's position. Someone with quite enough of a clout made a video that made your group lazy, irresponsible, or slow against a crime that involves your consumers. You have to make a statement right there and then acknowledging the situation. You can't publicly challenged the video without disclosing lots of information about the case that might further derail the investigation. That's why they "thanked" him

What changed is the Nyanners Discord messages, and how the "leak" made a counter-narrative to the video and situation. That allows VShoujo to posted the rebuttal of nux's video today, since the seed has been planted with Nyanners. It is for this reason why I believe Nyanners deliberately posted the messages on the server. There's no way she wouldn't know the messages would get leaked, considering the behaviour of chuubas fans. Nay, she wants to fight nux for making her and her group looked like a complete idiot

Some chad gifted like 20+ subs I almost feel guilty getting one as I use twitch so rarely. Valorant looks so boring to me honestly, if I didn;t like Tenma so much I wouldn't have even been watching. Watson playing it couldn't even get me to watch.

I'm confused. Pretty sure she didn't get doxxed by this guy so what is the problem? I would assume she would be more supportive of Nux making a video and bringing more attention to this so others don't fall for it and have to go with the shit she went through.

I love Tenma but holy fuck do I hate Valorant. Its like a shitty version of Counterstrike. Its not a fun game to watch.

Thanks for this. It was the first stream of hers I've watched and it was so entertaining I ended up joining membership by the end.
The game itself is incredibly cringe, but her reactions to it were great.
Lots of yabe stuff; at one point she straight up said she'd only pick an answer if she got an akasupa and of course it happened right away.
I made an archive of the stream since it was always going to be instantly yeeted into the void afterwards due to the content.
