As someone who has delt with depression for more than 15 years having weird thoughts like that are not too uncommon. I do think Pippa is at a point in her life where many things seem to be going her way and in a way she has a bit of impostor syndrome creeping in where she thinks she doesn't deserve it because she is not special or because she is waiting for it all to go ass up in flames any second. This is all semi-normal for people who are depressed. I would probably worry about it if her social circle collapses or if she isolates too much.
